1 ထာဝရဘုရား၏ဝိညာဉ်တော်သည် ငါ့အပေါ်မှာ တည်တော်မူ၏။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ဆင်းရဲသားတို့အား ဝမ်းမြောက်စရာသတင်းကို ကြားပြောစေခြင်းငှာ၊ ငါ့ကိုဘိသိက်ပေးတော်မူပြီ။ နှလုံးကြေကွဲသောသူတို့၏ အနာကိုစည်းစေခြင်းငှာလည်းကောင်း၊ ဖမ်းသွားချုပ်ထားလျက် ရှိသောသူတို့အား လွှတ်ခြင်းအကြောင်းနှင့်၊ အကျဉ်းခံလျက်ရှိသောသူတို့အား ထောင်တံခါးဖွင့်ခြင်းအကြောင်းကို ပြစေခြင်းငှာလည်းကောင်း၊မ၊ ၁၁:၅။ လု။ ၇:၂၂။2 ထာဝရဘုရား၏မင်္ဂလာနှစ်နှင့်၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင် အပြစ်ပေးတော်မူရာ နေ့ရက်ကာလကို ကြားပြောစေခြင်းငှာလည်းကောင်း၊ စိတ်မသာညည်းတွားသော သူတို့အား နှစ်သိမ့်စေခြင်းငှာလည်းကောင်း၊လု၊ ၄:၁၈-၁၉။မ၊ ၅:၄။3 စိတ်မသာညည်းတွားသော ဇိအုန်မြို့သားတို့အဖို့စီရင်၍၊ ပြာအရာ၌ ပေါင်းသရဖူ၊ ဝမ်းနည်းခြင်းအရာ၌ ဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းဆီ၊ ညှိုးငယ်သော စိတ်သဘောအရာ၌ ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းအဝတ်တန်ဆာကို သူတို့အားပေးစေခြင်းငှာလည်းကောင်း၊ ငါ့ကို စေလွှတ်တော်မူပြီ။ ထိုသူတို့သည် ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းသပိတ်ပင်၊ ဘုန်းအသရေတော်ဖို့ ထာဝရဘုရား စိုက်ပျိုးတော်မူသောအပင်ဟူ၍ သမုတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ 4 ရှေးပြိုပျက်ရာတို့ကို ပြုပြင်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ရှေးကာလ၌ သုတ်သင်ပယ်ရှင်းရာတို့ကို တည်ဆောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ ဆိတ်ညံသောမြို့ရာ၊ အစဉ်အဆက် စွန့်ပစ်ရာအရပ်တို့ကို ပြုစုကြလိမ့်မည်။ 5 တစ်ပါးအမျိုးသားတို့သည် ရပ်လျက်၊ သင်တို့သိုးစုများကို ထိန်းကျောင်းကြလိမ့်မည်။ တစ်ကျွန်းတစ်နိုင်ငံသားတို့သည် သင်တို့အဖို့ လယ်လုပ်၍၊ စပျစ်ဥယျာဉ်ကိုလည်း ပြုစုကြလိမ့်မည်။ 6 သင်တို့မူကား၊ ထာဝရဘုရား၏ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ်ဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း၊ ငါတို့ဘုရားသခင်၏ အမှုတော်ထမ်းဟူ၍လည်းကောင်း သမုတ်ခြင်းကို ခံရကြလိမ့်မည်။ တစ်ပါးအမျိုးသားတို့၏ စည်းစိမ်ကိုစား၍၊ သူတို့၏ဘုန်းအသရေ၌ ဝါကြွားဝမ်းမြောက် ကြလိမ့်မည်။ 7 သင်တို့ အရှက်ကွဲခြင်းအရာ၌ နှစ်ဆသောအကျိုးကိုခံရ၍၊ အသရေပျက်ခြင်းအရာ၌လည်း၊ သူတို့အဖို့ကို ခံစားလျက် ဝမ်းမြောက်ကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့မြေ၌ နှစ်ဆသောအဖို့ကိုအမွေခံရ၍၊ ထာဝရဝမ်းမြောက်ခြင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြလိမ့်မည်။ 8 အကြောင်းမူကား၊ ငါထာဝရဘုရားသည် တရားသဖြင့် စီရင်ခြင်းကိုနှစ်သက်၏။ လုယူခြင်းအမှုနှင့် အဓမ္မအမှုကိုမုန်း၏။ သစ္စာအတိုင်း သူတို့အား အကျိုးကိုပေးမည်။ သူတို့နှင့် ထာဝရပဋိညာဉ်ကိုဖွဲ့မည်။ 9 သူတို့အမျိုးအနွယ် သားစဉ်မြေးဆက်တို့သည် တစ်ပါးအမျိုးသား နေရာအရပ်ရပ်၌ ကျော်စောကြလိမ့်မည်။ သူတို့သည် ထာဝရဘုရား ကောင်းချီးပေးတော်မူသော အမျိုးအနွယ်ဖြစ်ကြ၏ဟု သူတို့ကို မြင်သောသူအပေါင်းတို့သည် ဝန်ခံကြလိမ့်မည်။
10 ထာဝရဘုရားကြောင့် ငါသည် အလွန်ဝမ်းမြောက်၍၊ ငါ၏ဘုရားသခင်ကြောင့် ငါ့ဝိညာဉ်သည် ရွှင်လန်းမည်။ အကြောင်းမူကား၊ မင်္ဂလာဆောင်လုလင်သည် ပေါင်းသရဖူကို ဆောင်းသကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ မင်္ဂလာဆောင်သတို့သမီးသည် တန်ဆာဆင်သကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ကယ်တင်ခြင်းအဝတ်တန်ဆာနှင့် ငါ့ကိုဝတ်ဆင်စေ၍၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းဝတ်လုံနှင့် ခြုံတော်မူပြီ။ဗျာ၊ ၂၁:၂။11 မြေကြီးသည် အပင်ကို ပေါက်စေသကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ လယ်ယာသည်မိမိ၌စိုက်သောမျိုးစေ့ကို အညှောက်ထွက်စေသကဲ့သို့လည်းကောင်း၊ ထိုအတူ ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ခပ်သိမ်းသောလူမျိုးရှေ့မှာ၊ ဖြောင့်မတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ချီးမွမ်းခြင်းကို ပေါ်ထွန်းစေတော်မူလိမ့်မည်။
1 The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is upon me; because Jehovah hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 to proclaim the year of Jehovah’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 3 to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them a garland for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Jehovah, that he may be glorified.
4 And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. 5 And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners shall be your plowmen and your vine-dressers. 6 But ye shall be named the priests of Jehovah; men shall call you the ministers of our God: ye shall eat the wealth of the nations, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves. 7 Instead of your shame ye shall have double; and instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess double; everlasting joy shall be unto them. 8 For I, Jehovah, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their recompense in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. 9 And their seed shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which Jehovah hath blessed.
10 I will greatly rejoice in Jehovah, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with a garland, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels. 11 For as the earth bringeth forth its bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord Jehovah will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
