The Lesson of the Withered Fig Tree

20 Mark 11:20And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, "How did the fig tree wither away so soon?"

21 So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, Matt. 17:20if you have faith and James 1:6do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, 1 Cor. 13:2but also if you say to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea,it will be done.22 And Matt. 7:7–11; Mark 11:24; Luke 11:9; (John 15:7; James 5:16; 1 John 3:22; 5:14)whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."
