and in the doing good we may not be faint-hearted, for at the proper time we shall reap -- not desponding;
see no one evil for evil may render to any one, but always that which is good pursue you, both to one another and to all;
who shall render to each according to his works;
As to the rest, brethren, as many things as are true, as many as are grave, as many as are righteous, as many as are pure, as many as are lovely, as many as are of good report, if any worthiness, and if any praise, these things think upon;
for him who did not know sin, in our behalf He did make sin, that we may become the righteousness of God in him.
Be not led astray; God is not mocked; for what a man may sow -- that also he shall reap,
and if you do good to those doing good to you, what grace have you? for also the sinful do the same;
Be confessing to one another the trespasses, and be praying for one another, that you may be healed; very strong is a working supplication of a righteous man;
For the saving grace of God was manifested to all men,
teaching us, that denying the impiety and the worldly desires, soberly and righteously and piously we may live in the present age,
but seek you first the reign of God and His righteousness, and all these shall be added to you.
and the fruit of the righteousness in peace is sown to those making peace.
draw near to God, and He will draw near to you; cleanse hands, you sinners! and purify hearts, you two-souled!
but if you also should suffer because of righteousness, happy are you! and of their fear be not afraid, nor be troubled,
and you, O man of God, these things flee, and pursue righteousness, piety, faith, love, endurance, meekness;
