Lament Turned to Joy

15 This is what the Lord says:

A voice was heard in Ramah,  * 31:15 Jos 18:25; Jdg 4:5; 1Sm 1:19; 19:18; Jr 40:1

a lament with bitter weeping —

Rachel weeping for her children,

refusing to be comforted for her children

because they are no more.  * 31:15 Mt 2:18
