8 Kī tonu a Ihowā i te aroha me te atawhai,

he pūhoi ki te riri, he nui hoki tāna mahi tohu.

9 E kore ia e whakatūpehupehu tonu,

e kore anō e mauāhara ake ake.

10 Kīhai i rite ki ō tātou hara āna meatanga ki a tātou;

kīhai anō i rite ki ō tātou kino āna utu mai ki a tātou.

11 He rite hoki ki te rangi e tiketike ake ana i te whenua,

pērā tonu te nui o tāna mahi tohu ki te hunga e wehi ana ki a ia.

12 Pērā i te matara o te rāwhiti i te uru,

pērā tonu tāna whakamataratanga atu i ā tātou mahi tutū i a tātou.
