6 Disse também Deus: Faça-se um *Is 40.22firmamento no meio das águas, e haja separação entre águas e águas. 7 Fez, pois, Deus o firmamento e dividiu *Jó 38.8-11as águas que estavam debaixo do firmamento das águas que *Sl 148.4estavam por cima do firmamento; e assim se fez. 8 Chamou Deus ao firmamento Céu. Houve tarde e houve manhã, dia segundo.

9 Disse também Deus: *Sl 104.6-9;Jr 5.22;2Pe 3.5Ajuntem-se num só lugar as águas que estão debaixo do céu, e *Sl 24.1-2;95.5apareça o elemento seco; e assim se fez. 10 Chamou Deus ao elemento seco Terra e ao *Sl 33.7;146.6ajuntamento das águas, Mares; e viu Deus que isso era bom. 11 Disse também Deus: Produza a terra *Sl 65.9-13;104.14relva, ervas que deem semente e árvores frutíferas que, segundo as suas espécies, deem fruto que tenha em si a sua semente, sobre a terra; e assim se fez. 12 A terra, pois, produziu relva, ervas que davam semente segundo as suas espécies, e árvores que davam fruto que tinha em si a sua semente, segundo as suas espécies; e viu Deus que isso era bom. 13 Houve tarde e houve manhã, dia terceiro.

14 Disse também Deus: Haja *Sl 74.16;136.7luzeiros no *Sl 19.1;150.1firmamento do céu que façam separação entre o dia e a noite; sejam eles para *Jr 10.2sinais, e *Sl 104.19para tempos determinados, e para dias e anos; 15 e sejam para luzeiros no firmamento do céu, a fim de alumiar a terra; e assim se fez. 16 Fez Deus os dois grandes luzeiros: *Sl 136.8-9o luzeiro maior para presidir ao dia, e o luzeiro menor para presidir à noite; fez também as *Jó 38.7;Sl 8.3;Is 40.26estrelas. 17 *Jr 33.20,25Deus os colocou no firmamento do céu para alumiar a terra, 18 para presidir ao dia e à noite e para fazer separação entre a luz e as trevas; e viu Deus que isso era bom. 19 Houve tarde e houve manhã, dia quarto.

20 Disse também Deus: Produzam as águas enxames de seres viventes, e voem as aves acima da terra no firmamento do céu. 21 Criou, pois, Deus os *Sl 104.25-28grandes monstros marinhos e todos os seres viventes que se arrastam, os quais as águas produziram abundantemente, segundo as suas espécies, e toda a ave que voa, segundo a sua espécie; e viu Deus que isso era bom. 22 Deus os abençoou, dizendo: Frutificai, multiplicai-vos e enchei as águas nos mares, e multipliquem-se as aves sobre a terra. 23 Houve tarde e houve manhã, dia quinto.

24 *Gn 2.19Disse também Deus: Produza a terra seres viventes segundo as suas espécies: animais domésticos, répteis e animais selvagens segundo as suas espécies; e assim se fez. 25 Deus fez, pois, *Gn 7.21-22;Jr 27.5os animais selvagens segundo as suas espécies, e os animais domésticos segundo as suas espécies, e todos os répteis da terra segundo as suas espécies; e viu Deus que isso era bom. 26 Disse também Deus: *Gn 3.22;11.7;19.24Façamos o *Gn 5.1;9.6homem à nossa imagem, conforme a nossa semelhança; *Sl 8.6-8domine ele sobre os peixes do mar, sobre as aves do céu, sobre os animais domésticos, sobre toda a terra e sobre todo réptil que se arrasta sobre a terra. 27 Criou, pois, Deus o homem *1Co 11.7à sua imagem, à imagem de Deus o criou; *Mt 19.4;Mc 10.6homem e mulher os criou. 28 Deus os abençoou e lhes disse: *Gn 9.1,7;Sl 127.3,5Frutificai, multiplicai-vos, enchei a terra e sujeitai-a; dominai sobre os peixes do mar, sobre as aves do céu e sobre todos os animais que se arrastam sobre a terra. 29 Disse Deus mais: Eis *Sl 104.14;136.25que vos tenho dado todas as ervas que dão semente, as quais se acham sobre a face de toda a terra, e todas as árvores em que há fruto que dê semente; ser-vos-ão para mantimento. 30 A *Sl 145.15todos os animais selvagens, e a todas as aves do céu, e a tudo que se arrasta sobre a terra, em que há vida, tenho dado todas as ervas verdes para lhes servirem de mantimento; e assim se fez. 31 Viu Deus tudo quanto fizera, e eis que era muito *Sl 104.24,28;119.68bom. 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.*1.28 moveth: Heb. creepeth
