A contemplation by David, when he was in the cave. A Prayer.

1 I cry with my voice to Yahweh.

With my voice, I ask Yahweh for mercy.

2 I pour out my complaint before him.

I tell him my troubles.

3 When my spirit was overwhelmed within me,

you knew my route.

On the path in which I walk,

they have hidden a snare for me.

4 Look on my right, and see;

for there is no one who is concerned for me.

Refuge has fled from me.

No one cares for my soul.

5 I cried to you, Yahweh.

I said, "You are my refuge,

my portion in the land of the living."

6 Listen to my cry,

for I am in desperate need.

Deliver me from my persecutors,

for they are too strong for me.

7 Bring my soul out of prison,

that I may give thanks to your name.

The righteous will surround me,

for you will be good to me.

1 ငါ​သည် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ထံ​သို့ အ​သံ​ကို​လွှင့်၍ အော်​ဟစ်၏။ ငါ့​အ​သံ​ကို ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ထံ​သို့ လွှင့်၍ ဆု​တောင်း​ပ​တ္ထ​နာ​ပြု၏။ 2 ရှေ့​တော်၌ မြည်​တမ်း​သော​စ​ကား​ကို မြွက်၍၊ ခံ​ရ​သော​ဆင်း​ရဲ​ဒု​က္ခ​ကို ကြား​လျှောက်​ရ၏။ 3 အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သည် စိတ်​ပျက်​လျက်​ရှိ​သော​အ​ခါ၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သွား​သော​လမ်း​ကို ကိုယ်​တော်​သိ​တော်​မူ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သွား​သော​လမ်း၌ ကျော့​ကွင်း​ကို ဝှက်​ထား​ကြ​ပါ​ပြီ။ 4 လက်​ယာ​ဘက်​သို့ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကြည့်​ရှု​သော​အ​ခါ၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​သိ​ကျွမ်း​သော​သူ မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ ပြေး​လွတ်​ရာ​လမ်း​လည်း ပိတ်​ပါ၏။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​အ​သက်​ကို နှ​မြော​သော​သူ မ​ရှိ​ပါ။ 5 အို​ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား၊ ကိုယ်​တော်​ကို အော်​ဟစ်​ပါ၏။ အ​သက်​ရှင်​သော​သူ​တို့၏​နေ​ရာ၌ ကိုယ်​တော်​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခို​လှုံ​ရာ၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ခံ​စား​ရာ​အ​ဖို့ ဖြစ်​တော်​မူ၏။ 6 အ​လွန်​နှိမ့်​ချ​လျက်​နေ​သော အ​ကျွန်ုပ်၏​ကြွေး​ကြော်​သံ​ကို နား​ထောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ညှဉ်း​ဆဲ​သော​သူ​တို့​လက်​မှ ကယ်​နုတ်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ထက်​သာ၍ ခွန်​အား​ကြီး​ကြ​ပါ၏။ 7 နာ​မ​တော်​ကို အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ချီး​မွမ်း​ရ​မည်​အ​ကြောင်း၊ အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ထောင်​ထဲ​က နုတ်​ဆောင်​တော်​မူ​ပါ။ ထို​သို့ ကျေး​ဇူး​ပြု​တော်​မူ​သော​အ​ခါ၊ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​တို့​သည် အ​ကျွန်ုပ်​ကို ဝန်း​ရံ​လျက်​နေ​ရ​ကြ​ပါ​လိမ့်​မည်။
