1 Coríntios 6

1 Dare any one of you, having a matter against another, prosecute his suit before the unjust, and not before the saints? 2 Do ye not then know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world is judged by you, are ye unworthy of the smallest judgments? 3 Do ye not know that we shall judge angels? and not then matters of this life? 4 If then ye have judgments as to things of this life, set those to judge who are little esteemed in the assembly. 5 I speak to you to put you to shame. Thus there is not a wise person among you, not even one, who shall be able to decide between his brethren! 6 But brother prosecutes his suit with brother, and that before unbelievers. 7 Already indeed then it is altogether a fault in you that ye have suits between yourselves. Why do ye not rather suffer wrong? why are ye not rather defrauded? 8 But ye do wrong, and defraud, and this your brethren.

9 Do ye not know that unrighteous persons shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who make women of themselves, nor who abuse themselves with men, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor abusive persons, nor the rapacious, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And these things were some of you; but ye have been washed, but ye have been sanctified, but ye have been justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

12 All things are lawful to me, but all things do not profit; all things are lawful to me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. 13 Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats; but God will bring to nothing both it and them: but the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. 14 And God has both raised up the Lord, and will raise us up from among the dead by his power. 15 Do ye not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then, taking the members of the Christ, make them members of a harlot? Far be the thought. 16 Do ye not know that he that is joined to the harlot is one body? for the two, he says, shall be one flesh. 17 But he that is joined to the Lord is one Spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin which a man may practise is without the body, but he that commits fornication sins against his own body. 19 Do ye not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God; and ye are not your own? 20 for ye have been bought with a price: glorify now then God in your body.

1 ¿OSA alguno de vosotros, teniendo algo con otro, ir á juicio delante de los injustos, y ✝6.1 Mt. 18.17. cp. 5.12no delante de los santos?

2 ¿O no sabéis que ✝6.2 Mt. 19.28.los santos han de juzgar al mundo? Y si el mundo ha de ser juzgado por vosotros, ¿sois indignos de juzgar cosas muy pequeñas?

3 ¿O no sabéis que hemos de ✝6.3 2 P. 2.4. Jud. 6.juzgar á los angeles? ¿cuánto más las cosas ✝6.3 Lc. 21.34.de este siglo?

4 Por tanto, si hubiereis de tener juicios de cosas de este siglo, poned para juzgar á los que son de menor estima en la iglesia.

5 ✝ 6.5 cp. 4.14 y 15.34. Para avergonzaros lo digo. ¿Pues qué, no hay entre vosotros sabio, ni aun uno que pueda juzgar entre sus hermanos;

6 Sino que el hermano con el hermano pleitea en juicio, y esto ante los infieles?

7 Así que, por cierto es ya una falta en vosotros que tengáis pleitos entre vosotros mismos. ✝6.7 Mt. 5.39.¿Por qué no sufrís antes la injuria? ¿por qué no sufrís antes ser defraudados?

8 Empero vosotros hacéis la injuria, y defraudáis, y esto á los hermanos.

9 ¿No sabéis que los injustos ✝6.9 cp. 15.50. Ga. 5.19-21. Ef. 5.5.no poseerán el reino de Dios? ✝6.9 cp. 15.33. Ga. 6.7.No erréis, que ni los ✝6.9 Ap. 21.8 y 22.15.fornicarios, ni los idólatras, ni los adúlteros, ni los afeminados, ni ✝6.9 Lv. 18.22.los que se echan con varones,

10 Ni los ladrones, ni los avaros, ni los borrachos, ni los maldicientes, ni los robadores, heredarán el reino de Dios.

11 Y esto ✝6.11 cp. 12.2.erais algunos: ✝6.11 Hch. 22.16. He. 10.22.mas ya sois lavados, mas ✝6.11 cp. 1.30.ya sois santificados, mas ✝6.11 Ro. 8.30.ya sois justificados ✝6.11 Jn. 20.31.en el nombre del Señor Jesús, y por el Espíritu de nuestro Dios.

12 Todas las cosas ✝6.12 cp. 10.23.me son lícitas, mas no todas convienen: todas las cosas me son lícitas, mas yo no me meteré debajo de potestad de nada.

13 Las viandas para el vientre, y el vientre para las viandas; empero y á él y á ellas deshará Dios. Mas el cuerpo no es para la fornicación, sino ✝6.13 vers. 15,19,20para el Señor; ✝6.13 Ef. 5.23.y el Señor para el cuerpo:

14 Y ✝6.14 Hch. 2.24.Dios que levantó al Señor, también á nosotros nos levantará con su poder.

15 ¿No sabéis que ✝6.15 Ef. 5.30.vuestros cuerpos son miembros de Cristo? ¿Quitaré pues los miembros de Cristo, y los haré miembros de una ramera? Lejos sea.

16 ¿O no sabéis que el que se junta con una ramera, es hecho con ella un cuerpo? porque serán, dice, ✝6.16 Gn. 2.24.los dos en una carne.

17 Empero ✝6.17 Jn. 17.21,23. Ef. 4.4.el que se junta con el Señor, un espíritu es.

18 Huid la ✝6.18 Mt. 15.19. Hch. 15.20,29. Ro. 1.29.fornicación. Cualquier otro pecado que el hombre hiciere, fuera del cuerpo es; mas el que fornica, ✝6.18 Ro. 1.24.contra su propio cuerpo peca.

19 ¿O ignoráis que ✝6.19 Jn. 2.21. cp. 3.16. 2 Co. 6.16.vuestro cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo, el cual está en vosotros, el cual tenéis de Dios, y que ✝6.19 Ro. 14.7,8.no sois vuestros?

20 Porque comprados ✝6.20 cp. 7.23. 1 P. 1.18,19. 2 P. 2.1.sois por precio: glorificad pues á Dios en vuestro cuerpo y en vuestro espíritu, los cuales son de Dios.
