1 And I lifted up mine eyes again, and saw, and behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass. 2 In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; 3 and in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled, strong horses. 4 And I spoke and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? 5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. 6 That in which are the black horses goeth forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them; and the grisled go forth towards the south country; 7 and the strong go forth, and seek to go that they may walk to and fro through the earth. And he said, Go, walk to and fro through the earth. And they walked to and fro through the earth. 8 And he cried unto me, and spoke unto me, saying, See, these that go forth towards the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.

9 And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying, 10 Take gifts of them of the captivity, of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, and come thou the same day, and enter into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah, whither they are come from Babylon; 11 yea, take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest; 12 and speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh Jehovah of hosts, saying, Behold a man whose name is the Branch; and he shall grow up from his own place, and he shall build the temple of Jehovah: 13 even he shall build the temple of Jehovah; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne; and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. 14 And the crowns shall be for Helem, and for Tobijah, and for Jedaiah, and for Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of Jehovah. 15 And they that are far off shall come and build at the temple of Jehovah: and ye shall know that Jehovah of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently hearken to the voice of Jehovah your God*GodHebrew: Elohim.

Cap. 4:14.Luca 1:19. înaintea Domnului întregului pământ." 6 Caii cei negri, înhămați la unul din care, s-au îndreptat spre țara de la miazănoapte*Ier. 1:14. și cei albi au mers după ei; cei bălțați s-au îndreptat spre țara de miazăzi. 7 Cei roșii au ieșit și ei și au cerut să meargă să cutreiere pământul. Îngerul le-a zis: „Duceți-vă de cutreierați pământul!" Și au cutreierat*Gen. 13:17. Cap. 1:10. pământul. 8 El m-a chemat și mi-a zis: „Iată că cei ce se îndreaptă spre țara de miazănoapte fac să se mai potolească mânia*Jud. 8:3.Ecl. 10:4. Mea în țara de la miazănoapte." 9 Cuvântul Domnului mi-a vorbit astfel: 10 „Să primești daruri de la prinșii de război din Babilon: Heldai, Tobia și Iedaia, și anume să te duci tu însuți în ziua aceea în casa lui Iosia, fiul lui Țefania, unde s-au dus ei când au venit din Babilon. 11 Să iei de la ei argint și aur, să faci din ele o cunună*Exod 28:36;29:6.Lev. 8:9. Cap. 3:5. și s-o pui pe capul lui Iosua, fiul lui Ioțadac, marele preot, 12 și să-i spui: ‘Așa vorbește Domnul oștirilor: «Iată că un om*Luca 1:78.Ioan 1:45. al cărui nume este Odrasla*Cap. 3:8. va odrăsli din locul lui și va zidi Templul Domnului. 13 Da, El va zidi*Cap. 4:9.Mat. 16:18.Efes. 2:20-22.Evr. 3:3. Templul Domnului, va purta podoabă*Is. 22:24. împărătească, va ședea și va stăpâni pe scaunul Lui de domnie, va fi preot*Ps. 110:4.Evr. 3:1. pe scaunul Lui de domnie și o desăvârșită unire va domni între ei amândoi.»’ 14 Cununa va fi pentru Helem, Tobia și Iedaia și pentru Hen, fiul lui Țefania, ca o aducere aminte*Exod 12:14.Marcu 14:9. în Templul Domnului. 15 Cei ce sunt departe*Is. 57:19;60:10.Efes. 2:13,19. vor veni și vor lucra la Templul Domnului; și veți ști*Cap. 2:9;4:9. astfel că Domnul oștirilor m-a trimis la voi. Lucrul acesta se va întâmpla dacă veți asculta glasul Domnului Dumnezeului vostru."
