3 The voice of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] upon the waters: the God-El Hakavod [The Powerful Living Word of Glory] thunders: the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] upon many waters.

4 The voice of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] powerful; the voice of the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] full of majesty.
