1 Let God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] arise, let his enemies be scattered: let them also that hate him flee before him.

2 As smoke is driven away, [so] drive [them] away: as grow (become; advance) melts before the fire, [so] let the wicked perish at the presence of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].

3 But let the righteous be glad; let them rejoice before God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: yea, let them exceedingly rejoice.

4 Sing unto God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], sing praises to his name: extol (to lift up; to praise; to esteem) him that rides upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

5 A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, [is] God- Yah [Behold The Hand] (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) in his holy habitation.

6 God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] sets the solitary in families: he brings out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry [land].

7 O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], when youi went forth before youri people, when youi did march through the wilderness; Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said]:

9 youi, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], did send a plentiful rain, whereby youi did confirm youri inheritance, when it was weary.

10 Your1s congregation has dwelt therein: youi, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], have prepared of youri goodness for the poor.

11 The Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things] gave the word: great [was] the company of those that published [it].

12 Kings of armies did flee apace (at a quick pace; quickly): and she that tarried at home divided the spoil (plunder; prey; booty).

13 Though you2f have lien among the pots, [yet shall you2f be as] the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.

14 When the Almighty scattered kings in it, it was [white] as snow in Salmon.

15 The hill of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [is as] the hill of Bashan [Fruitful]; an high hill [as] the hill of Bashan [Fruitful].

16 Why leap you2f, you2f high hills? [this is] the hill [which] God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] desires to dwell in; yea, the LORD-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] will dwell [in it] forever.

17 The chariots of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [are] twenty thousand, [even] thousands of angels: the Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things] [is] among them, [as in] Sinai, in the holy [place].

18 youi have ascended on high, youi have led captivity captive: youi have received gifts for men; yea, [for] the rebellious also, that the LORD- Yah [Behold The Hand] (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] might dwell [among them].

19 Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [be] the Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things], [who] daily loads us [with benefits, even] the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of our salvation. Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said].

20 [He that is] our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [is] the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of salvation; and unto GOD the Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things] [belong] the issues from death.

21 But God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] shall wound the head of his enemies, [and] the hairy scalp of such an one as goes on still in his trespasses.

22 The Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things] said, I will bring again from Bashan [Fruitful], I will bring [my people] again from the depths of the sea:

23 That youri foot may be dipped in the blood of [youri] enemies, [and] the tongue of youri dogs in the same.

24 They have seen youri goings, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; [even] the goings of my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], my King, in the sanctuary.

25 The singers went before, the players on instruments [followed] after; among [them were] the damsels playing with timbrels.

26 Bless you2f God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] in the congregations, [even] the LORD [Yehovah], from the fountain of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God].

27 There [is] little Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength] [with] their ruler, the princes of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] [and] their council, the princes of Z’vulun [Glorious Dwelling Place], [and] the princes of Naftali [My Wrestling].

28 Your2s God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] has commanded youri strength: strengthen, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], that which youi have wrought for us.

29 Because of youri temple at Yerushalayim [Foundation Of Peace] shall kings bring presents unto youi.

30 Rebuke (reprimand; strongly warn; restrain) the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, [till every one] submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter youi the people [that] delight in war.

31 Princes shall come out of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place]; Ethiopia [Kush] shall soon stretch out her hands unto God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].

32 Sing unto God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], you2f kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things]; Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said]:

33 To him that rides upon the heavens of heavens, [which were] of old; lo, he does send out his voice, [and that] a mighty voice.

34 Ascribe you2f strength unto God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: his excellency [is] over Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God], and his strength [is] in the clouds.

35 O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], [youi are] terrible out of youri holy places: the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God] [is] he that gives strength and power unto [his] people.
