1 E disse o Senhor a Moisés:2 "Se alguém pecar, cometendo uma ofensa contra o Senhor, enganando o seu próximo no que diz respeito a algo que lhe foi confiado ou deixado como penhor ou roubado, ou se lhe extorquir algo,3 ou se achar algum bem perdido e mentir a respeito disso, ou se jurar falsamente a respeito de qualquer coisa, cometendo pecado;4 quando assim pecar, tornando-se por isso culpado, terá que devolver o que roubou ou tomou mediante extorsão, ou o que lhe foi confiado, ou os bens perdidos que achou,5 ou qualquer coisa sobre a qual tenha jurado falsamente. Fará restituição plena, acrescentará a isso um quinto do valor e dará tudo ao proprietário no dia em que apresentar a sua oferta pela culpa.6 E por sua culpa trará ao sacerdote uma oferta dedicada ao Senhor: um carneiro do rebanho, sem defeito e devidamente avaliado.7 Dessa forma o sacerdote fará propiciação por ele perante o Senhor, e ele será perdoado de qualquer dessas coisas que fez e que o tornou culpado".8 O Senhor disse a Moisés:9 "Dê este mandamento a Arão e a seus filhos: Esta é a regulamentação acerca do holocausto: ele terá que ficar queimando até de manhã sobre as brasas do altar, onde o fogo terá que ser mantido aceso.10 O sacerdote vestirá suas roupas de linho e os calções de linho por baixo, retirará as cinzas do holocausto que o fogo consumiu no altar e as colocará ao lado do altar.11 Depois trocará de roupa, e levará as cinzas para fora do acampamento, a um lugar cerimonialmente puro.12 Mantenha-se aceso o fogo no altar; não deve ser apagado. Toda manhã o sacerdote acrescentará lenha, arrumará o holocausto sobre o fogo e queimará sobre ele a gordura das ofertas de comunhão.13 Mantenha-se o fogo continuamente aceso no altar; não deve ser apagado.14 "Esta é a regulamentação da oferta de cereal: os filhos de Arão a apresentarão ao Senhor, em frente do altar.15 O sacerdote apanhará um punhado da melhor farinha com óleo, juntamente com todo o incenso que está sobre a oferta de cereal, e queimará no altar a porção memorial como aroma agradável ao Senhor.16 Arão e seus filhos comerão o restante da oferta, mas deverão comê-lo sem fermento e em lugar sagrado, no pátio da Tenda do Encontro.17 Essa oferta não será assada com fermento; eu a dei a eles como porção das ofertas feitas a mim com fogo. É santíssima, como a oferta pelo pecado e como a oferta pela culpa.18 Somente os homens descendentes de Arão poderão comer da porção das ofertas dedicadas ao Senhor, preparadas no fogo. É um decreto perpétuo para as suas gerações. Tudo o que nelas tocar se tornará santo".19 O Senhor disse também a Moisés:20 "Esta é a oferta que Arão e os seus descendentes terão que trazer ao Senhor no dia em que ele for ungido: um jarro da melhor farinha, como na oferta regular de cereal, metade pela manhã e metade à tarde.21 Prepare-a com óleo numa assadeira; traga-a bem misturada e apresente a oferta de cereal partida em pedaços, como aroma agradável ao Senhor.22 Todo sacerdote ungido, descendentes de Arão, também preparará essa oferta. É a porção do Senhor por decreto perpétuo e será totalmente queimada.23 Toda oferta de cereal do sacerdote será totalmente queimada; não será comida".24 O Senhor disse a Moisés:25 "Diga a Arão e aos seus filhos: Esta é a regulamentação da oferta pelo pecado: O animal da oferta pelo pecado será morto perante o Senhor no local onde é sacrificado o holocausto; é uma oferta santíssima.26 O sacerdote que oferecer o animal, o comerá em lugar sagrado, no pátio da Tenda do Encontro.27 Tudo o que tocar na carne se tornará santo, e se o sangue respingar na roupa, será lavada em lugar sagrado.28 A vasilha de barro em que a carne for cozida deverá ser quebrada; mas, se for cozida numa vasilha de bronze, a vasilha deverá ser esfregada e enxaguada com água.29 Somente os homens da família dos sacerdotes poderão comê-la; é uma oferta santíssima.30 Mas toda oferta pelo pecado, cujo sangue for trazido para a Tenda do Encontro para propiciação no Lugar Santo, não será comida; terá que ser queimada".

1 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,2 If anyone sins, and commits a trespass against Yahweh, and deals falsely with his associate in a matter of deposit, or of bargain, or of robbery, or has oppressed his associate,3 or has found that which was lost, and deals falsely in it, and swears to a lie; in any of all these things that man does, sinning in it;4 then it will be, if he has sinned, and is guilty, that he will restore that which he took by robbery, or the thing which he has gotten by oppression, or the deposit which was committed to him, or the lost thing which he found,5 or any thing about which he has sworn falsely; he will even restore it in full, and will add the fifth part more thereto: to him to whom it pertains he will give it, in the day of his being found guilty.6 And he will bring his trespass-offering to Yahweh, a ram without blemish out of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass-offering:7 and the priest will make atonement for him before Yahweh; and he will be forgiven concerning whatever he does so as to be guilty by it.8 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,9 Command Aaron and his sons, saying, This is the law of the burnt-offering: the burnt-offering will be on the hearth on the altar all night to the morning; and the fire of the altar will be kept burning on it.10 And the priest will put on his linen garment, and his linen breeches he will put on his flesh; and he will take up the ashes whereto the fire has consumed the burnt-offering on the altar, and he will put them beside the altar.11 And he will put off his garments, and put on other garments, and carry forth the ashes outside the camp to a clean place.12 And the fire on the altar will be kept burning on it, it will not go out; and the priest will burn wood on it every morning: and he will lay the burnt-offering in order on it, and will burn on it the fat of the peace-offerings.13 Fire will be kept burning on the altar continually; it will not go out.14 And this is the law of the meal-offering: the sons of Aaron will offer it before Yahweh, before the altar.15 And he will take up therefrom his handful, of the fine flour of the meal-offering, and of its oil, and all the frankincense which is on the meal-offering, and will burn it on the altar for a sweet savor, as its memorial, to Yahweh.16 And that which is left of it will Aaron and his sons eat: it will be eaten without leaven in a holy place; in the court of the tent of meeting they will eat it.17 It will not be baked with leaven. I have given it as their portion of my offerings made by fire; it is most holy, as the sin-offering, and as the trespass-offering.18 Every male among the sons of Aaron will eat of it, as [his] portion forever throughout your{+} generations, from the offerings of Yahweh made by fire: whoever touches them will be holy.19 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,20 This is the oblation of Aaron and of his sons, which they will offer to Yahweh in the day when he is anointed: the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering perpetually, half of it in the morning, and half of it in the evening.21 On a baking-pan it will be made with oil; when it is soaked, you will bring it in: in baked pieces you will offer the meal-offering for a sweet savor to Yahweh.22 And the anointed priest who will be in his stead from among his sons will offer it: by a statute forever it will be wholly burnt to Yahweh.23 And every meal-offering of the priest will be wholly burnt: it will not be eaten.24 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,25 Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin-offering: in the place where the burnt-offering is killed will the sin-offering be killed before Yahweh: it is most holy.26 The priest who offers it for sin will eat it: in a holy place it will be eaten, in the court of the tent of meeting.27 Whatever will touch its flesh will be holy; and when there is sprinkled of its blood on any garment, it will be washed that on which it was sprinkled in a holy place.28 But the earthen vessel in which it is boiled will be broken; and if it is boiled in a bronze vessel, it will be scoured, and rinsed in water.29 Every male among the priests will eat of it: it is most holy.30 And no sin-offering, of which any of the blood is brought into the tent of meeting to make atonement in the holy place, will be eaten: it will be burnt with fire.
