1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:2 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them,IYahweh, am your God:3 After the doings of the land of Egypt wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do,And after the doings of the land of Canaan whither, I, am bringing you in, shall ye not do, And, in their statutes, shall ye not walk:4 My regulations, shall ye do, And, my statutes, shall ye observe to walk therein,IYahweh, am your God.5 Therefore shall ye observe my statutes, and my regulations, Which if the son of earth shall do them, Then shall he live in them,I, am Yahweh.6 No person whatsoever, unto any of the near kin of his own flesh, shall approach to uncover the parts of shame,I, am Yahweh.7 The shame of thy father, even the shame of thy mother, shalt thou not uncover,thy mother, she is, thou shalt not uncover her shame.8 The shame of thy fathers wife, shalt thou not uncover,thy fathers shame, it is.9 The shame of thy sister daughter of thy father or daughter of thy mother, born at home or horn abroad, thou shalt not uncover their shame.10 The shame of the daughter of thy son or the daughter of thy daughter, thou shalt not uncover their shame,for, thine own shame, they are.11 The shame of the daughter of thy fathers wife, born to thy father, she being, thy sister, thou shalt not uncover her shame.12 The shame of thy fathers sister, shalt thou not uncover,thy fathers near of kin, she is.13 The shame of thy mothers sister, shalt thou not uncover,for, thy mothers near of kin, she is.14 The shame of thy fathers brother, shalt thou not uncover unto his wife, shalt thou not approach, thine aunt, she is.15 The shame of thy daughter-in-law, shalt thou not uncover,thy sons wife, she is, thou shalt not uncover her shame.16 The shame of thy brothers wife, shalt thou not uncover,the shame of thy brother, it is.17 The shame of a woman, and of her daughter, shalt thou not uncover,neither the daughter of her son nor the laughter of her daughter, shalt thou take, to uncover her shame, near of kin, they are, wickedness, it is.18 And, a woman unto her sister, shalt thou not take,to cause rivalry, by uncovering her shame besides her own while she is living.19 And unto a woman during her removal for uncleanness, shalt thou not approach, to uncover her shame.20 And of the wife of thy neighbour, shalt thou not have carnal knowledge,to commit uncleanness with her.21 And none of thy seed, shalt thou deliver up, to cause to pass through to Molech,that thou profane not the name of thy God, I, am Yahweh.22 And, with mankind, shalt thou not lie as with womankind,an abomination, it is.23 And of no beast, shalt thou have carnal knowledge to commit uncleanness therewith,neither shall a woman present herself to a beast to couch down thereto,confusion, it is.24 Do not make yourselves unclean in any of these things,For in all these things, have the nations made themselves unclean, whom, I, am sending out from before you.25 Therefore hath the land become unclean, and I have visited the iniquity thereof upon it,and the land hath vomited her inhabitants.26 Ye, therefore, shall observe my statutes and my regulations, and have nothing to do with any of these abominations,whether the home-born, or the sojourner that sojourneth in your midst;27 For all these abominations, have the men of the land done, who were before you; And so the land hath become unclean:28 So shall the land not vomit you, through your making it unclean,as it vomited the nation which was before you.29 For whosoever shall have anything to do with any of these abominations, the persons who have, shall be cut off, out of the midst of their people.30 Therefore shall ye keep my charge, So that ye may have nothing to do with any of the abominable statutes with which they have had to do before you, So shall ye not make yourselves unclean thereby,IYahweh, am your God.

1 Falou mais o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo: 2 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Eu sou o Senhor, vosso Deus. 3 Não fareis segundo as obras da terra do Egito, em que habitastes, nem fareis segundo as obras da terra de Canaã, para a qual eu vos levo, nem andareis nos seus estatutos. 4 Fareis conforme os meus juízos e os meus estatutos guardareis, para andardes neles. Eu sou o Senhor, vosso Deus. 5 Portanto, os meus estatutos e os meus juízos guardareis; os quais, fazendo-os o homem, viverá por eles. Eu sou o Senhor.

6 Nenhum homem se chegará a qualquer parenta da sua carne para descobrir a sua nudez. Eu sou o Senhor. 7 Não descobrirás a nudez de teu pai e de tua mãe; ela é tua mãe; não descobrirás a sua nudez. 8 Não descobrirás a nudez da mulher de teu pai. 9 A nudez de tua irmã, filha de teu pai ou filha de tua mãe, nascida em casa ou fora da casa, a sua nudez não descobrirás. 10 A nudez da filha do teu filho ou da filha da tua filha, a sua nudez não descobrirás, porque é tua nudez. 11 A nudez da filha da mulher de teu pai, gerada de teu pai (ela é tua irmã), a sua nudez não descobrirás. 12 A nudez da irmã de teu pai não descobrirás; ela é parenta de teu pai. 13 A nudez da irmã de tua mãe não descobrirás, pois ela é parenta de tua mãe. 14 A nudez do irmão de teu pai não descobrirás; não te chegarás à sua mulher; ela é tua tia. 15 A nudez de tua nora não descobrirás; ela é mulher de teu filho; não descobrirás a sua nudez. 16 A nudez da mulher de teu irmão não descobrirás; é a nudez de teu irmão. 17 A nudez de uma mulher e de sua filha não descobrirás; não tomarás a filha de seu filho, nem a filha de sua filha, para descobrir a sua nudez; parentas são: maldade é. 18 E não tomarás uma mulher com sua irmã, para afligi-la, descobrindo a sua nudez com ela na sua vida.

19 E não te chegarás à mulher durante a separação da sua imundícia, para descobrir a sua nudez, 20 nem te deitarás com a mulher de teu próximo para cópula, para te contaminares com ela. 21 E da tua semente não darás para a fazer passar pelo fogo perante Moloque; e não profanarás o nome de teu Deus. Eu sou o Senhor. 22 Com varão te não deitarás, como se fosse mulher: abominação é; 23 nem te deitarás com um animal, para te contaminares com ele; nem a mulher se porá perante um animal, para ajuntar-se com ele: confusão é.

24 Com nenhuma destas coisas vos contamineis, porque em todas estas coisas se contaminaram as gentes que eu lanço fora de diante da vossa face. 25 Pelo que a terra está contaminada; e eu visitarei sobre ela a sua iniquidade, e a terra vomitará os seus moradores. 26 Porém vós guardareis os meus estatutos e os meus juízos, e nenhuma dessas abominações fareis nem o natural, nem o estrangeiro que peregrina entre vós; 27 porque todas estas abominações fizeram os homens desta terra, que nela estavam antes de vós; e a terra foi contaminada. 28 Para que a terra vos não vomite, havendo-a vós contaminado, como vomitou a gente que nela estava antes de vós. 29 Porém qualquer que fizer alguma dessas abominações, as almas que as fizerem serão extirpadas do seu povo. 30 Portanto, guardareis o meu mandado, não fazendo nenhum dos estatutos abomináveis que se fizeram antes de vós, e não vos contamineis com eles. Eu sou o Senhor, vosso Deus.
