1 Irmãos, se um homem for surpreendido em algum delito, vós que sois espirituais, restaurai o tal num espírito de mansidão; e tu olha a ti mesmo, para que não sejas também tentado.2 Levai as cargas uns dos outros, e assim cumprireis a lei de Cristo.3 Pois se alguém pensa ser alguma coisa, não sendo nada, engana-se a si mesmo.4 Mas cada um prove a sua obra, e então terá o seu motivo de glória em si mesmo somente e não em outrem;5 pois cada um levará o seu próprio fardo.6 Mas aquele que é ensinado na palavra faça participante em todas as coisas boas aquele que o ensina.7 Não vos enganeis; de Deus não se zomba. Pois aquilo que o homem semear, isso também ceifará:8 porque o que semeia na sua carne, da carne ceifará corrupção; mas o que semeia no Espírito, do Espírito ceifará vida eterna.9 Não nos desanimemos de fazer o bem; pois a seu tempo ceifaremos, se não desfalecermos.10 Portanto à medida que tivermos oportunidade, façamos o que é bom a todos os homens, mas especialmente aos que pertencem à família da fé.11 Vede com que letras grandes vos escrevo com a minha própria mão.12 Todos os que querem ostentar boa aparência na carne, estes vos obrigam a ser circuncidados, somente para que não sejam perseguidos por causa da cruz de Cristo.13 Pois nem mesmo aqueles que se deixam circuncidar guardam a Lei, antes querem fazer-vos circuncidar para se gloriarem na vossa carne.14 Mas longe de mim esteja o gloriar-me, a não ser na cruz de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo, pela qual o mundo tem sido crucificado para mim e eu para o mundo.15 Pois nem a circuncisão é coisa alguma nem a incircuncisão, mas o ser uma nova criação.16 Quantos andarem por esta norma, paz e misericórdia sejam sobre eles e sobre o Israel de Deus.17 Daqui em diante ninguém me moleste; pois eu trago em meu corpo as marcas de Jesus.18 A graça de nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo seja com o vosso espírito, irmãos. 1 Brothers, if a person is caught doing something wrong, those of you who are spiritual should restore that person in a spirit of gentleness. Watch out for yourself so that you are not tempted as well.2 Practice carrying each other's burdens. In this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is really nothing, he is only fooling himself.4 Each person must approve his own actions, and then he can boast about his own accomplishments and not those of his neighbor.5 For everyone must carry his own load.6 The person who is taught the word should share all his goods with his teacher.7 Stop being deceived; God is not to be ridiculed. A person harvests whatever he plants.8 For the person who plants in his flesh will harvest decay from the flesh, but the person who plants in the Spirit will harvest eternal life from the Spirit.9 Let us not get tired of doing what is good, for at the right time we will reap a harvest—if we do not give up.10 So then, whenever we have the opportunity, let us practice doing good to everyone, especially to the family of faith.11 Look at how large these letters are because I am writing with my own hand!12 These people who want to impress others by their flesh are trying to force you to be circumcised, simply to avoid being persecuted for the cross of Christ.13 Why, not even those who are circumcised obey the law! They simply want you to be circumcised so that they can boast about your flesh.14 But may I never boast about anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world!15 For neither circumcision nor uncircumcision matters. Rather, what matters is being a new creation.16 Now may peace be on all those who live by this principle, and may mercy be on the Israel of God.17 From now on let no one make trouble for me, for I carry the scars of Jesus on my own body.18 May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers!
