Now at the same time there were present some who told him of the Galileans whose blood Pilate mingled with {that of} their sacrifices. 
And he answering said to them, Think ye that these Galileans were sinners beyond all the Galileans because they suffered such things? 
No, I say to you, but if ye repent not, ye shall all perish in the same manner. 
Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, think ye that *they* were debtors beyond all the men who dwell in Jerusalem? 
No, I say to you, but if ye repent not, ye shall all perish in like manner. 
And he spoke this parable: A certain {man} had a fig-tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit upon it and did not find {any}. 
And he said to the vinedresser, Behold, {these} three years I come seeking fruit on this fig-tree and find none: cut it down; why does it also render the ground useless? 
But he answering says to him, Sir, let it alone for this year also, until I shall dig about it and put dung, 
and if it shall bear fruit-but if not, after that thou shalt cut it down. 
And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath. 
And lo, {there was} a woman having a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and she was bent together and wholly unable to lift her head up. 
And Jesus, seeing her, called to {her}, and said to her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. 
And he laid his hands upon her; and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. 
But the ruler of the synagogue, indignant because Jesus healed on the sabbath, answering said to the crowd, There are six days in which {people} ought to work; in these therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. 
The Lord therefore answered him and said, Hypocrites! does not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the manger and leading {it} away, water {it}? 
And this {woman}, who is a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound, lo, {these} eighteen years, ought she not to be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? 
And as he said these things, all who were opposed to him were ashamed; and all the crowd rejoiced at all the glorious things which were being done by him. 
And he said, To what is the kingdom of God like? and to what shall I liken it? 
It is like a grain of mustard {seed} which a man took and cast into his garden; and it grew and became a great tree, and the birds of heaven lodged in its branches. 
And again he said, To what shall I liken the kingdom of God? 
It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal until the whole was leavened. 
And he went through one city and village after another, teaching, and journeying to Jerusalem. 
And one said to him, Sir, {are} such as are to be saved few in number? But he said unto them, 
Strive with earnestness to enter in through the narrow door, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter in and will not be able. 
From the time that the master of the house shall have risen up and shall have shut the door, and ye shall begin to stand without and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, open to us; and he answering shall say to you, I know you not whence ye are: 
then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten in thy presence and drunk, and thou hast taught in our streets; 
and he shall say, I tell you, I do not know you whence ye are; depart from me, all {ye} workers of iniquity. 
There shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves cast out. 
And they shall come from east and west, and from north and south, and shall lie down at table in the kingdom of God. 
And behold, there are last who shall be first, and there are first who shall be last. 
The same hour certain Pharisees came up, saying to him, Get out, and go hence, for Herod is desirous to kill thee. 
And he said to them, Go, tell that fox, Behold, I cast out demons and accomplish cures to-day and to-morrow, and the third {day} I am perfected; 
but I must needs walk to-day and to-morrow and the {day} following, for it must not be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem. 
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the {city} that kills the prophets and stones those that are sent unto her, how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen her brood under her wings, and ye would not. 
Behold, your house is left unto you; and I say unto you, that ye shall not see me until it come that ye say, Blessed {is} he that comes in the name of {the} Lord.

不是的， 我告诉你们， 你们若不悔改， 也都要这样灭亡。" 
耶稣讲了这样一个比喻： "有一个人把一棵无花果树栽在自己的葡萄园里。他来到树那里找果子， 却找不到。 
他对管园的说： ‘你看， 这三年， 我来到这棵无花果树那里找果子， 却找不到， 把它砍了吧！ 何必白占地土呢？’ 
管园的说： ‘主人， 今年且留着它， 等我把周围的泥土挖松， 加上肥料； 
以后结果子就罢， 不然， 再把它砍了。’" 
安息日的时候， 耶稣在会堂里教导人。 
有一个女人被邪灵附着， 病了十八年， 弯腰曲背， 完全直不起来。 
耶稣看见了， 就叫她过来， 对她说： "妇人， 你脱离这疾病了。" 
耶稣用双手按在她身上， 她立刻直起腰来， 颂赞 神。 
会堂的主管， 因为耶稣在安息日治病， 就气忿忿地对群众说： "有六天是应当作工的， 你们可以在这六天里来求医， 但在安息日却不可以。" 
主说： "伪君子啊， 你们哪一个人在安息日， 不从槽那里解开牛、驴， 牵去喝水呢？ 
何况这个女人是亚伯拉罕的后裔， 已经被撒但捆绑了十八年， 不应当在安息日解开她的捆绑吗？" 
他说完了这些话， 那些与他为敌的人都惭愧； 群众却都因他所行一切荣耀的事欢喜。 
耶稣说： " 神的国好像什么呢？我要把它比作什么呢？ 
它好像一粒芥菜种， 人拿去种在自己的园子里。它长大了， 成为一棵树， 甚至天空的飞鸟也在它的枝头搭窝。" 
他又说： "我要把 神的国比作什么呢？ 
它好像面酵， 女人拿去放在三斗面里， 直到全团发起来。" 
耶稣经过各城各乡， 往耶路撒冷去， 沿途教导人。 
有一个人问他： "主啊， 是不是只有很少的人得救呢？"他对众人说： 
"你们应当竭力进窄门！ 我告诉你们， 将来许多人要进去， 却是不能。 
等到家主起来关上门， 你们站在门外叩门说： ‘主啊， 给我们开门！ ’他要回答你们： ‘我不知道你们是从哪里来的。’ 
那时， 你们要说： ‘我们在你面前吃过喝过， 你也在我们街上教导过人。’ 
他要说： ‘我告诉你们， 我不晓得你们是从哪里来的； 你们所有作恶的人， 离开我去吧！ ’ 
当你们看见亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各和众先知都在 神的国里的时候， 你们却被赶到外面去， 在那里必要哀哭切齿。 
从东从南， 从西从北， 将有人来， 在 神的国里吃饭。 
在后的将要在前， 在前的将要在后。" 
就在那时候， 有几个法利赛人来对耶稣说： "你离开这里走吧！ 因为希律想要杀你。" 
他说： "你们去告诉那个狐狸， 今天明天我赶鬼医病， 第三天我的事就完成了。 
然而， 今天明天后天， 我必须前行， 因为先知不能在耶路撒冷以外丧命。 
耶路撒冷啊， 耶路撒冷， 你杀害先知， 又用石头把奉派到你那里的人打死。我多次想招聚你的儿女， 好像母鸡招聚小鸡到翅膀底下， 只是你们不愿意。 
你看， 你们的家必成为荒场留给你们。我告诉你们， 从今以后， 你们一定见不到我， 直等到你们说： ‘奉主名来的， 是应当称颂的。’"
