1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments, and the anointing oil, and the bullock of the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread; 3 and assemble thou all the congregation at the door of the tent of meeting. 4 And Moses did as the LORD commanded him; and the congregation was assembled at the door of the tent of meeting. 5 And Moses said unto the congregation, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded to be done. 6 And Moses brought Aaron and his sons, and washed them with water. 7 And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the girdle, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod upon him, and he girded him with the cunningly woven band of the ephod, and bound it unto him therewith. 8 And he placed the breastplate upon him: and in the breastplate he put the Urim and the Thummim. 9 And he set the mitre upon his head; and upon the mitre, in front, did he set the golden plate, the holy crown; as the LORD commanded Moses. 10 And Moses took the anointing oil, and anointed the tabernacle and all that was therein, and sanctified them. 11 And he sprinkled thereof upon the altar seven times, and anointed the altar and all its vessels, and the laver and its base, to sanctify them. 12 And he poured of the anointing oil upon Aaron’s head, and anointed him, to sanctify him. 13 And Moses brought Aaron’s sons, and clothed them with coats, and girded them with girdles, and bound headtires upon them; as the LORD commanded Moses. 14 And he brought the bullock of the sin offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the bullock of the sin offering. 15 And he slew it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured out the blood at the base of the altar, and sanctified it, to make atonement for it. 16 And he took all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and Moses burned it upon the altar. 17 But the bullock, and its skin, and its flesh, and its dung, he burnt with fire without the camp; as the LORD commanded Moses. 18 And he presented the ram of the burnt offering: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram. 19 And he killed it: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about. 20 And he cut the ram into its pieces; and Moses burnt the head, and the pieces, and the fat. 21 And he washed the inwards and the legs with water; and Moses burnt the whole ram upon the altar: it was a burnt offering for a sweet savour: it was an offering made by fire unto the LORD; as the LORD commanded Moses. 22 And he presented the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram. 23 And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood thereof, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot. 24 And he brought Aaron’s sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about. 25 And he took the fat, and the fat tail, and all the fat that was upon the inwards, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and their fat, and the right thigh: 26 and out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before the LORD, he took one unleavened cake, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and placed them on the fat, and upon the right thigh: 27 and he put the whole upon the hands of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, and waved them for a wave offering before the LORD. 28 And Moses took them from off their hands, and burnt them on the altar upon the burnt offering: they were a consecration for a sweet savour: it was an offering made by fire unto the LORD. 29 And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before the LORD: it was Moses’ portion of the ram of consecration; as the LORD commanded Moses. 30 And Moses took of the anointing oil, and of the blood which was upon the altar, and sprinkled it upon Aaron, upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon his sons’ garments with him; and sanctified Aaron, his garments, and his sons, and his sons’ garments with him. 31 And Moses said unto Aaron and to his sons, Boil the flesh at the door of the tent of meeting: and there eat it and the bread that is in the basket of consecration, as I commanded, saying, Aaron and his sons shall eat it. 32 And that which remaineth of the flesh and of the bread shall ye burn with fire. 33 And ye shall not go out from the door of the tent of meeting seven days, until the days of your consecration be fulfilled: for he shall consecrate you seven days. 34 As hath been done this day, so the LORD hath commanded to do, to make atonement for you. 35 And at the door of the tent of meeting shall ye abide day and night seven days, and keep the charge of the LORD, that ye die not: for so I am commanded. 36 And Aaron and his sons did all the things which the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses.

1 O Senhor disse a Moisés:

2 — Leve Arão e os filhos dele, as vestes, o óleo da unção, o novilho da oferta pelo pecado, os dois carneiros e o cesto dos pães sem fermento 3 e reúna toda a congregação à porta da tenda do encontro.

4 Moisés fez como o Senhor lhe havia ordenado, e a congregação se reuniu à porta da tenda do encontro. 5 Então Moisés disse à congregação:

— Isto é o que o Senhor ordenou que se fizesse.

6 E fez com que Arão e os filhos dele se aproximassem e mandou que se lavassem com água. 7 Vestiu Arão com a túnica, cingiu-o com o cinto e pôs sobre ele a sobrepeliz. Também pôs sobre ele a estola sacerdotal, cingiu-o com o cinto de obra esmerada da estola sacerdotal e o ajustou com esse cinto. 8 Depois, colocou-lhe o peitoral, pondo no peitoral o Urim e o Tumim; 9 e lhe pôs a mitra na cabeça e, na mitra, na sua parte dianteira, pôs a lâmina de ouro, a coroa sagrada, como o Senhor havia ordenado a Moisés.

10 Então Moisés pegou o óleo da unção, ungiu o tabernáculo e tudo o que havia nele e o consagrou. 11 Sete vezes ele aspergiu do óleo sobre o altar e ungiu o altar e todos os seus utensílios, bem como a bacia e o seu suporte, para os consagrar. 12 Depois, derramou do óleo da unção sobre a cabeça de Arão e ungiu-o, para consagrá-lo. 13 Também Moisés fez chegar os filhos de Arão, vestiu-lhes as túnicas, cingiu-os com o cinto e atou-lhes os turbantes, como o Senhor lhe havia ordenado.

14 Então fez chegar o novilho da oferta pelo pecado; e Arão e os seus filhos puseram as mãos sobre a cabeça do novilho da oferta pelo pecado. 15 Moisés matou o novilho, pegou um pouco do sangue, pôs isso, com o dedo, sobre os chifres do altar ao redor e purificou o altar. Depois, derramou o resto do sangue na base do altar e o consagrou, para fazer expiação por ele. 16 Depois, pegou toda a gordura que está sobre as entranhas, a membrana do fígado, os dois rins e sua gordura; e Moisés os queimou sobre o altar. 17 Mas queimou o novilho com o seu couro, a sua carne e o seu excremento fora do arraial, como o Senhor havia ordenado a Moisés.

18 Depois, fez chegar o carneiro do holocausto; e Arão e seus filhos puseram as mãos sobre a cabeça do carneiro. 19 Moisés matou o carneiro e aspergiu o sangue sobre o altar, ao redor. 20 Cortou também o carneiro em pedaços; e Moisés queimou a cabeça, os pedaços e a gordura. 21 Porém as entranhas e as pernas lavou com água; e Moisés queimou todo o carneiro sobre o altar; era holocausto de aroma agradável, oferta queimada ao Senhor, como o Senhor havia ordenado a Moisés.

22 Então fez chegar o outro carneiro, o carneiro da consagração; e Arão e seus filhos puseram as mãos sobre a cabeça do carneiro. 23 Moisés matou o carneiro, pegou um pouco do sangue e o pôs sobre a ponta da orelha direita de Arão, sobre o polegar da sua mão direita e sobre o polegar do seu pé direito. 24 Também fez chegar os filhos de Arão; pôs daquele sangue sobre a ponta da orelha direita deles, sobre o polegar da mão direita e sobre o polegar do pé direito; e Moisés aspergiu o resto do sangue sobre o altar, ao redor. 25 Pegou a gordura, a cauda, toda a gordura que está nas entranhas, a membrana do fígado, ambos os rins, a sua gordura e a coxa direita. 26 Também do cesto dos pães sem fermento, que estava diante do Senhor, pegou um bolo sem fermento, um bolo de pão azeitado e um pãozinho achatado e os pôs sobre a gordura e sobre a coxa direita. 27 E tudo isso pôs nas mãos de Arão e de seus filhos e o moveu por oferta movida diante do Senhor. 28 Depois, Moisés o tomou das mãos deles e o queimou no altar sobre o holocausto; era uma oferta da consagração, por aroma agradável, oferta queimada ao Senhor. 29 Moisés pegou o peito e moveu-o por oferta movida diante do Senhor; era a porção que cabia a Moisés, do carneiro da consagração, como o Senhor lhe havia ordenado.

30 Moisés pegou também um pouco do óleo da unção e um pouco do sangue que estava sobre o altar e aspergiu sobre Arão e as suas vestes, bem como sobre os filhos de Arão e as suas vestes; e consagrou Arão e as vestes dele bem como os filhos de Arão e as vestes deles. 31 Moisés disse a Arão e aos seus filhos:

— Cozinhem a carne diante da porta da tenda do encontro e a comam ali junto com o pão que está no cesto da consagração, como tenho ordenado, dizendo: "Arão e seus filhos a comerão. 32 Mas o que restar da carne e do pão vocês devem queimar." 33 Não se afastem da porta da tenda do encontro por sete dias, até o dia em que se cumprirem os dias da consagração de vocês; porque o Senhor consagrará vocês durante sete dias. 34 Como se fez neste dia, assim o Senhor ordenou que se fizesse, em expiação por vocês. 35 Fiquem, pois, à porta da tenda do encontro dia e noite, por sete dias, e observem as prescrições do Senhor, para que não morram; porque assim me foi ordenado.

36 E Arão e seus filhos fizeram todas as coisas que o Senhor havia ordenado por meio de Moisés.
