Provérbios 12

1 နည်း​ဥ​ပ​ဒေ​ကို ခံ​ချင်​သော​သူ​သည် ပ​ညာ​အ​တတ်​ကို​နှစ်​သက်၏။ ဆုံး​မ​ခြင်း​ကို​မုန်း​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ တိ​ရ​စ္ဆာန်​သ​ဘော​ရှိ၏။ 2 သူ​တော်​ကောင်း​သည် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား​ရှေ့​တော်၌ မျက်​နှာ​ရ​တတ်၏။ မ​ကောင်း​သော​အ​ကြံ​ကို ကြံ​စည်​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ အ​ပြစ်​စီ​ရင်​တော်​မူ​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ၏။ 3 လူ​သည် ဒု​စ​ရိုက်​အား​ဖြင့် မြဲ​မြံ​ခြင်း​သို့ မ​ရောက်​ရာ။ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ၏​အ​မြစ်​မူ​ကား မ​ရွေ့​ရာ။ 4 သီ​လ​ရှိ​သော​မိန်း​မ​သည် မိ​မိ​လင်၌ ဦး​ရစ်​သ​ရ​ဖူ​ဖြစ်၏။ အ​ရှက်​ခွဲ​တတ်​သော မိန်း​မ​မူ​ကား၊ လင်၏​အ​ရိုး​တို့၌ ဆွေး​မြေ့​ခြင်း​ကဲ့​သို့ ဖြစ်၏။ 5 ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ၏​အ​ကြံ​သည် ဖြောင့်၏။ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​ပေး​သော အ​ကြံ​မူ​ကား မု​သား​ဖြစ်၏။ 6 မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ၏​စ​ကား​သည် သူ့​အ​သက်​ကို​သတ်​ခြင်း​ငှာ စောင်း​မြောင်း​တတ်၏။ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ၏​နှုတ်​မူ​ကား၊ သူ​တစ်​ပါး​တို့​ကို ကယ်​နုတ်​တတ်၏။ 7 မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ၏​အိမ်​သည် ပြို​လဲ​ပျောက်​ပျက်​ခြင်း၊ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ၏​အိမ်​မူ​ကား၊ အ​မြဲ​တည်​ခြင်း ရှိ​တတ်၏။ 8 လူ​သည် ဉာဏ်​ပ​ညာ​ရှိ​သည်​အ​တိုင်း ချီး​မွမ်း​ခြင်း​ကို​ခံ​ရ၏။ သ​ဘော​ကောက်​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ မ​ထီ​မဲ့​မြင်​ပြု​ခြင်း​ကို ခံ​ရ၏။ 9 စား​စ​ရာ​မ​ရှိ​ဘဲ ဝါ​ကြွား​သော​သူ​ထက်၊ အ​သ​ရေ​မ​ရှိ၊ ကိုယ်​အ​လုပ်​ကို​လုပ်​ရ​သော​သူ​သည် သာ၍​ကောင်း၏။ 10 ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​သည် မိ​မိ​တိ​ရ​စ္ဆာန်​အ​သက်​ကို နှ​မြော​တတ်၏။ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ က​ရု​ဏာ​အ​ရာ၌​ပင် ကြမ်း​ကြုတ်​တတ်၏။ 11 မိ​မိ​လယ်​ယာ​ကို လုပ်​သော​သူ​သည် ဝ​စွာ​စား​ရ၏။ အ​ချည်း​နှီး​သော​အ​မှု​ကို စောင့်​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ ဉာဏ်​ချို့​တဲ့၏။ 12 မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​သည် လူ​ဆိုး​သုံး​တတ်​သော ကျော့​ကွင်း​ကို အ​လို​ရှိ၏။ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ၏​အ​မြစ်​မူ​ကား၊ အ​သီး​ကို​သီး​တတ်၏။ 13 စ​ကား​လွန်​ကျူး​ရာ​တွင် ဆိုး​သော​ကျော့​ကွင်း​ရှိ၏။ ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ အ​မှု​ထဲ​က ထ​မြောက်​တတ်၏။ 14 လူ​သည် မိ​မိ​နှုတ်​ခမ်း​အ​သီး​ကို ဝ​စွာ​စား​ရ၏။ မိ​မိ​လက်​လုပ်​ရာ အ​ကျိုး​အ​ပြစ်​ကို​လည်း​ခံ​ရ၏။

15 မိုက်​သော​သူ​သည် မိ​မိ​ပြု​သော​အ​မှု​ကို မှန်​သည်​ဟု ထင်​တတ်၏။ အ​ကြံ​ပေး​သော​စ​ကား​ကို နား​ထောင်​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား ပ​ညာ​ရှိ၏။ 16 မိုက်​သော​သူ၏​အ​မျက်​ဒေါ​သ​သည် ချက်​ချင်း​ထင်​ရှား​တတ်၏။ ပ​ညာ​သ​တိ​ရှိ​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ ရှက်​စ​ရာ​အ​မှု​ကို ဖုံး​တတ်၏။ 17 မှန်​သော​စ​ကား​ကို ပြော​သော​သူ​သည် ဖြောင့်​မတ်​ခြင်း​တ​ရား၊ မ​မှန်​သော​သက်​သေ​ကို​ခံ​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ မု​သား​တ​ရား​ကို ပြ​သ​တတ်၏။ 18 သန်​လျက်​နှင့်​ထိုး​သ​ကဲ့​သို့ စ​ကား​ပြော​တတ်​သော လူ​တစ်​ချို့​ရှိ၏။ ပ​ညာ​ရှိ​တို့၏​လျှာ​မူ​ကား အ​နာ​ကို​ပင် ပျောက်​စေ​တတ်၏။ 19 သ​စ္စာ​နှုတ်​ခမ်း​သည် အ​စဉ်​အ​မြဲ​တည်၏။ မု​သား​လျှာ​မူ​ကား ခ​ဏ​သာ​တည်၏။ 20 မ​ကောင်း​သော​အ​ကြံ​ကို ကြံ​သော​သူ​တို့၏​စိတ်​ထဲ​မှာ လှည့်​စား​တတ်​သော​သ​ဘော​ရှိ၏။ ရန်​ပြေ​စေ​ခြင်း​ငှာ အ​ကြံ​ပေး​သော​သူ​တို့၌​ကား၊ ဝမ်း​မြောက်​စ​ရာ​အ​ကြောင်း​ရှိ၏။ 21 တ​ရား​သော​သူ၌ အ​မင်္ဂ​လာ မ​ရောက်​ရာ။ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ အ​မင်္ဂ​လာ​နှင့် ပြ​ည့်​ဝ​ရ​လိမ့်​မည်။ 22 မု​သား​သုံး​သော​နှုတ်​ခမ်း​သည် ထာ​ဝ​ရ​ဘု​ရား စက်​ဆုပ်​ရွံ​ရှာ​တော်​မူ​ဖွယ်​ဖြစ်၏။ သ​စ္စာ​တ​ရား​ကို စောင့်​ရှောက်​သော​သူ​တို့​မူ​ကား၊ နှစ်​သက်​တော်​မူ​ဖွယ်​ဖြစ်​ကြ၏။ 23 ပ​ညာ​သ​တိ​ရှိ​သော​သူ​သည် မိ​မိ​သိ​သော​အ​ရာ​ကို​ပင် ထိမ်​ဝှက်​တတ်၏။ မိုက်​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ မိ​မိ​စိတ်​အ​လို​အ​လျောက် မိုက်​သော​သ​ဘော​ကို ထင်​ရှား​ပြ​တတ်၏။ 24 လုံ့​လ​ဝိ​ရိ​ယ​ပြု​သော​သူ​သည် အ​စိုး​ရ​တတ်၏။ ပျင်း​ရိ​သော​သူ​မူ​ကား၊ အ​ခွန်​ပေး​ရ၏။ 25 ဝမ်း​နည်း​ခြင်း​အ​ကြောင်း​သည် ညှိုး​ငယ်​စေ​တတ်၏။ ကောင်း​သော​စ​ကား​မူ​ကား၊ ရွှင်​လန်း​စေ​တတ်၏။ 26 ဖြောင့်​မတ်​သော​သူ​သည် အိမ်​နီး​ချင်း​ကို လမ်း​ပြ​တတ်၏။ မ​တ​ရား​သော​သူ​လိုက်​သော​လမ်း​မူ​ကား၊ သူ့​ကို​ပင် လှည့်​စား​တတ်၏။ 27 ပျင်း​ရိ​သော​သူ​သည် မု​ဆိုး​လုပ်​သော်​လည်း၊ ဖမ်း​ရ​သော​အ​ကောင်​ကို ကင်၍​မ​စား​ရ။ လုံ့​လ​ဝိ​ရိ​ယ​ပြု​သော​သူ၏​ဥ​စ္စာ​မူ​ကား၊ အ​ဖိုး​ထိုက်​ပေ၏။ 28 ဖြောင့်​မတ်​ခြင်း​တ​ရား​လမ်း၌ သေ​ဘေး​မ​ရှိ၊ အ​သက်​ချမ်း​သာ​လမ်း​ဖြစ်၏။

1 Whoso loveth correction loveth knowledge;

But he that hateth reproof is brutish.

2 A good man shall obtain favor of Jehovah;

But a man of wicked devices will he condemn.

3 A man shall not be established by wickedness;

But the root of the righteous shall not be moved.

4 A worthy woman is the crown of her husband;

But she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones.

5 The thoughts of the righteous are just;

But the counsels of the wicked are deceit.

6 The words of the wicked are of lying in wait for blood;

But the mouth of the upright shall deliver them.

7 The wicked are overthrown, and are not;

But the house of the righteous shall stand.

8 A man shall be commended according to his wisdom;

But he that is of a perverse heart shall be despised.

9 Better is he that is lightly esteemed, and hath a servant,

Than he that honoreth himself, and lacketh bread.

10 A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast;

But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.

11 He that tilleth his land shall have plenty of bread;

But he that followeth after vain persons is void of understanding.

12 The wicked desireth the net of evil men;

But the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit.

13 In the transgression of the lips is a snare to the evil man;

But the righteous shall come out of trouble.

14 A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth;

And the doings of a man’s hands shall be rendered unto him.

15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes;

But he that is wise hearkeneth unto counsel.

16 A fool’s vexation is presently known;

But a prudent man concealeth shame.

17 He that uttereth truth showeth forth righteousness;

But a false witness, deceit.

18 There is that speaketh rashly like the piercings of a sword;

But the tongue of the wise is health.

19 The lip of truth shall be established for ever;

But a lying tongue is but for a moment.

20 Deceit is in the heart of them that devise evil;

But to the counsellors of peace is joy.

21 There shall no mischief happen to the righteous;

But the wicked shall be filled with evil.

22 Lying lips are an abomination to Jehovah;

But they that deal truly are his delight.

23 A prudent man concealeth knowledge;

But the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness.

24 The hand of the diligent shall bear rule;

But the slothful shall be put under taskwork.

25 Heaviness in the heart of a man maketh it stoop;

But a good word maketh it glad.

26 The righteous is a guide to his neighbor;

But the way of the wicked causeth them to err.

27 The slothful man roasteth not that which he took in hunting;

But the precious substance of men is to the diligent.

28 In the way of righteousness is life;

And in the pathway thereof there is no death.
