1 "Faça um altar de madeira de acácia. Será quadrado, com dois metros e vinte e cinco centímetros de largura e um metro e trinta e cinco centímetros de altura.2 Faça uma ponta em forma de chifre em cada um dos quatro cantos, formando uma só peça com o altar, que será revestido de bronze.3 Faça de bronze todos os seus utensílios: os recipientes para recolher cinzas, as pás, as bacias de aspersão, os garfos para carne e os braseiros.4 Faça também para ele uma grelha de bronze em forma de rede e uma argola de bronze em cada um dos quatro cantos da grelha.5 Coloque-a abaixo da beirada do altar, de maneira que fique a meia altura do altar.6 Faça varas de madeira de acácia para o altar e revista-as de bronze.7 Estas varas serão colocadas nas argolas, dos dois lados do altar, quando este for carregado.8 Faça o altar oco e de tábuas, conforme lhe foi mostrado no monte.9 "Faça um pátio para o tabernáculo. O lado sul terá quarenta e cinco metros de comprimento, e cortinas externas de linho fino trançado,10 com vinte colunas e vinte bases de bronze, com ganchos e ligaduras de prata nas colunas.11 O lado norte também terá quarenta e cinco metros de comprimento e cortinas externas, com vinte colunas e vinte bases de bronze, com ganchos e ligaduras de prata nas colunas.12 "O lado ocidental, com as suas cortinas externas, terá vinte e dois metros e meio de largura, com dez colunas e dez bases.13 O lado oriental, que dá para o nascente, também terá vinte e dois metros e meio de largura.14 Haverá cortinas de seis metros e setenta e cinco centímetros de comprimento num dos lados da entrada, com três colunas e três bases,15 e cortinas externas de seis metros e setenta e cinco centímetros de comprimento no outro lado, também com três colunas e três bases.16 "Na entrada do pátio, haverá uma cortina de nove metros de comprimento, de linho fino trançado e de fios de tecido azul, roxo e vermelho, obra de bordador, com quatro colunas e quatro bases.17 Todas as colunas ao redor do pátio terão ligaduras e ganchos de prata e bases de bronze.18 O pátio terá quarenta e cinco metros de comprimento e vinte e dois metros e meio de largura, com cortinas de linho fino trançado de dois metros e vinte e cinco centímetros de altura e bases de bronze.19 Todos os utensílios para o serviço do tabernáculo, inclusive todas as estacas da tenda e as do pátio, serão feitos de bronze.20 "Ordene aos israelitas que lhe tragam azeite puro de oliva batida para a iluminação, para que as lâmpadas fiquem sempre acesas.21 Na Tenda do Encontro, do lado de fora do véu que se encontra diante das tábuas da aliança, Arão e seus filhos manterão acesas as lâmpadas diante do Senhor, do entardecer até de manhã. 1 And thou shall make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad (the altar shall be foursquare), and the height of it shall be three cubits.2 And thou shall make the horns of it upon the four corners of it. The horns of it shall be of one piece with it, and thou shall overlay it with brass.3 And thou shall make its pots to take away its ashes, and its shovels, and its basins, and its flesh-hooks, and its firepans; all the vessels of it thou shall make of brass.4 And thou shall make for it a grating of network of brass, and upon the network thou shall make four brazen rings in the four corners of it.5 And thou shall put it under the ledge round the altar beneath, that the network may reach halfway up the altar.6 And thou shall make staves for the altar, staves of acacia wood, and overlay them with brass.7 And the staves of it shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, in bearing it.8 Thou shall make it hollow with planks. As it has been shown thee on the mount, so shall they make it.9 And thou shall make the court of the tabernacle. For the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen a hundred cubits long for one side.10 And the pillars of it shall be twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass. The hooks of the pillars and their bands [shall be] of silver.11 And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings a hundred cubits long, and the pillars of it twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass, the hooks of the pillars and their bands, of silver.12 And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits, their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.13 And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.14 The hangings for the one side [of the gate] shall be fifteen cubits, their pillars three, and their sockets three.15 And for the other side shall be hangings of fifteen cubits, their pillars three, and their sockets three.16 And for the gate of the court shall be a screen of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer, their pillars four, and their sockets four.17 All the pillars of the court round about shall be banded with silver, their hooks of silver, and their sockets of brass.18 The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty everywhere, and the height five cubits, of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.19 All the instruments of the tabernacle in all the service of it, and all the pins of it, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.20 And thou shall command the sons of Israel, that they bring to thee pure beaten olive oil for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually21 in the tent of meeting, outside the veil which is before the testimony. Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before LORD. It shall be a statute forever throughout their generations on the behalf of the
