1 Disse Jeová a Moisés e a Arão:2 Os filhos de Israel acampar-se-ão, cada um junto ao seu estandarte, com as insígnias das casas de seus pais; à alguma distância da tenda da revelação se acamparão em roda.3 Os que se acamparem ao oriente serão os do estandarte do arraial de Judá, segundo as suas turmas; e o príncipe dos filhos de Judá será Naassom, filho de Aminadabe.4 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram setenta e quatro mil e seiscentos.5 Os que se acamparem junto a ele, serão da tribo de Issacar; e o príncipe dos filhos de Issacar será Natanael, filho de Zuar.6 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram cinqüenta e quatro mil e quatrocentos.7 A tribo de Zebulom; o príncipe dos filhos de Zebulom será Eliabe, filho de Helom.8 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram cinqüenta e sete mil e quatrocentos.9 Todos os que foram contados do arraial de Judá eram cento e oitenta e seis mil e quatrocentos segundo as suas turmas. Estes marcharão primeiro.10 Para a banda do sul estará o estandarte do arraial de Rúben segundo as suas turmas; e o príncipe dos filhos de Rúben será Elizur, filho de Sedeur.11 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram quarenta e seis mil e quinhentos.12 Os que se acamparem junto a ele serão da tribo de Simeão; e o príncipe dos filhos de Simeão será Selumiel, filho de Zurisadai.13 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram cinqüenta e nove mil e trezentos.14 A tribo de Gade; o príncipe dos filhos de Gade será Eliasafe, filho de Reuel.15 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram quarenta e cinco mil e seiscentos e cinqüenta.16 Todos os que foram contados do arraial de Rúben eram cento e cinqüenta e um mil e quatrocentos e cinqüenta, segundo as suas turmas. Estes marcharão em segundo lugar.17 Então partirá a tenda da revelação, com o arraial dos levitas no meio dos arraiais. Como se acamparem, assim marcharão, cada um no seu lugar, segundo os seus estandartes.18 Para a banda do ocidente estará o estandarte do arraial de Efraim segundo as suas turmas; e o príncipe dos filhos de Efraim será Elisama, filho de Amiúde.19 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram quarenta mil e quinhentos.20 Junto a ele estará a tribo de Manassés; e o príncipe dos filhos de Manassés será Gamaliel, filho de Pedazur.21 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram trinta e dois mil e duzentos.22 A tribo de Benjamim; o príncipe dos filhos de Benjamim será Abidã, filho de Gideoni.23 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram trinta e cinco mil e quatrocentos.24 Todos os que foram contados do arraial de Efraim, eram cento e oito mil e cem, segundo as suas turmas. Estes marcharão em terceiro lugar.25 Para a banda do norte estará o estandarte do arraial de Dã segundo as suas turmas; e o príncipe dos filhos de Dã será Aieser, filho de Amisadai.26 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram sessenta e dois mil e setecentos.27 Os que se acamparem junto a ele, serão da tribo de Aser; e o príncipe dos filhos de Aser será Pagiel, filho de Ocrã.28 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram quarenta e um mil e quinhentos.29 A tribo de Naftali; e o príncipe dos filhos de Naftali será Aira, filho de Enã.30 A sua turma, e os que foram contados deles, eram cinqüenta e três mil e quatrocentos.31 Todos os que foram contados do arraial de Dã eram cento e cinqüenta e sete mil e seiscentos. Estes marcharão em último lugar, segundo os seus estandartes.32 Estes são os que foram contados dos filhos de Israel segundo as casas de seus pais; todos os que foram contados dos arraiais segundo as suas turmas eram seiscentos e três mil e quinhentos e cinqüenta.33 Os levitas, porém, não foram contados entre os filhos de Israel; assim como Jeová ordenou a Moisés.34 Assim fizeram os filhos de Israel; segundo tudo o que Jeová ordenou a Moisés, assim se acamparam segundo os seus estandartes, e assim marcharam, cada um pelas suas famílias, segundo as casas de seus pais.

1 And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying:2 All the children of Israel shall camp by their troops, ensigns, and standards, and the houses of their kindreds, round about the tabernacle of the covenant.3 On the east Juda shall pitch his tents by the bands of his army: and the prince of his sons shall be Nahasson the son of Aminadab.4 And the whole sum of the fighting men of his stock, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.5 Next unto him they of the tribe of Issachar encamped, whose prince was Nathanael, the son of Suar.6 And the whole number of his fighting men were fifty-four thousand four hundred.7 In the tribe of Zabulon the prince was Eliab the son of Helon.8 And all the army of fighting men of his stock, were fifty-seven thousand four hundred.9 All that were numbered in the camp of Juda, were a hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred: and they by their troops shall march first.10 In the camp of the sons of Ruben, on the south side, the prince shall be Elisur the son of Sedeur:11 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty-six thousand five hundred.12 Beside him camped they of the tribe of Simeon: whose prince was Salamiel the son of Surisaddai.13 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were fifty-nine thousand three hundred.14 In the tribe of Gad the prince was Eliasaph the son of Duel.15 And the whole army of his fighting men that were numbered, were forty- five thousand six hundred and fifty.16 All that were reckoned up in the camp of Ruben, were a hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty, by their troops: they shall march in the second place.17 And the tabernacle of the testimony shall be carried by the officers of the Levites and their troops. As it shall be set up, so shall it be taken down. Every one shall march according to their places, and ranks.18 On the west side shall be the camp of the sons of Ephraim, whose prince was Elisama, the son of Ammiud.19 The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty thousand five hundred.20 And with them the tribe of the sons of Manasses, whose prince was Gamaliel the son of Phadassur.21 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were thirty-two thousand two hundred.22 In the tribe of the sons of Benjamin the prince was Abidan the son of Gedeon.23 And the whole army of his fighting men, that were reckoned up, were thirty-five thousand four hundred.24 All that were numbered in the camp of Ephraim, were a hundred and eight thousand one hundred by their troops: they shall march in the third place.25 On the north side camped the sons of Dan: whose prince was Ahiezar the son of Ammisaddai.26 The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were sixty-two thousand seven hundred.27 Beside him they of the tribe of Aser pitched their tents: whose prince was Phegiel the son of Ochran.28 The whole army of his fighting men, that were numbered, were forty-one thousand five hundred.29 Of the tribe of the sons of Nephtali the prince was Ahira the son of Enan.30 The whole army of his fighting men, were fifty-three thousand four hundred.31 All that were numbered in the camp of Dan, were a hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred: and they shall march last.32 This is the number of the children of Israel, of their army divided according to the houses of their kindreds and their troops, six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.33 And the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel: for so the Lord had commanded Moses.34 And the children of Israel did according to all things that the Lord had commanded. They camped by their troops, and marched by the families and houses of their fathers.
