1 Reina o Senhor;
tremam os povos.
Ele está entronizado
acima dos querubins;
abale-se a terra.
2 O Senhor é grande em Sião
e está exaltado
acima de todos os povos.
3 Celebrem eles o teu nome
grande e tremendo,
porque é santo.
4 És rei poderoso
que ama a justiça;
tu estabeleces o direito,
executas o juízo e a justiça em Jacó.
5 Exaltem o Senhor, nosso Deus,
e prostrem-se diante do estrado
de seus pés.
O Senhor é santo.
6 Moisés e Arão,
entre os seus sacerdotes,
e, Samuel, entre os que
lhe invocam o nome,
clamavam ao Senhor,
e ele os ouvia.
7 Falava-lhes na coluna de nuvem;
eles guardavam
os seus mandamentos
e a lei que lhes tinha dado.
8 Tu lhes respondeste,
ó Senhor, nosso Deus;
foste para eles Deus perdoador,
ainda que os tenhas castigado
por seus atos.
9 Exaltem o Senhor, nosso Deus,
e prostrem-se
diante do seu santo monte,
porque santo é o Senhor,
nosso Deus.

1 The LORD reigns; let the people tremble: he sits between the cherubim; let the earth be moved.2 The LORD is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.3 Let them praise your great and terrible name; for it is holy.4 The king' strength also loves judgment; you do establish equity, you execute judgment and righteousness in Jacob.5 Exalt you the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call on his name; they called on the LORD, and he answered them.7 He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.8 You answered them, O LORD our God: you were a God that forgave them, though you took vengeance of their inventions.9 Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the LORD our God is holy.
