1 Vindicate me, LORD, for I have led a blameless life; I have trusted in the LORD and have not faltered.2 Test me, LORD, and try me, examine my heart and my mind;3 for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.4 I do not sit with the deceitful, nor do I associate with hypocrites.5 I abhor the assembly of evildoers and refuse to sit with the wicked.6 I wash my hands in innocence, and go about your altar, LORD,7 proclaiming aloud your praise and telling of all your wonderful deeds.8 LORD, I love the house where you live, the place where your glory dwells.9 Do not take away my soul along with sinners, my life with those who are bloodthirsty,10 in whose hands are wicked schemes, whose right hands are full of bribes.11 I lead a blameless life; deliver me and be merciful to me.12 My feet stand on level ground; in the great congregation I will praise the LORD.

1 Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va, xin hãy đoán xét tôi, vì tôi đã bước đi trong sự thanh liêm, Tôi cũng nhờ cậy Đức Giê-hô-va, không xiêu tó.2 Đức Giê-hô-va ôi! xin hãy dò xét và thử thách tôi, Rèn luyện lòng dạ tôi,3 Vì sự nhơn từ Chúa ở trước mặt tôi, Tôi đã đi theo lẽ thật của Chúa.4 Tôi không ngồi chung cùng người dối trá, Cũng chẳng đi với kẻ giả hình.5 Tôi ghét bọn làm ác, Chẳng chịu ngồi chung với kẻ dữ.6 Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va, tôi sẽ rửa tay tôi trong sự vô tội, Và đi vòng xung quanh bàn thờ của Ngài;7 Hầu cho nức tiếng tạ ơn, Và thuật các công việc lạ lùng của Chúa.8 Hỡi Đức Giê-hô-va, tôi ưa nơi ở của nhà Ngài, Và chốn ngự của sự vinh hiển Ngài.9 Cầu Chúa chớ cất linh hồn tôi chung với tội nhơn, Cũng đừng trừ mạng sống tôi với người đổ huyết;10 Trong tay chúng nó có gian ác, Tay hữu họ đầy dẫy hối lộ.11 Còn tôi, tôi sẽ bước đi trong sự thanh liêm, Xin hãy chuộc tôi, và thương xót tôi.12 Chơn tôi đứng trên đường bằng thẳng; Tôi sẽ ngợi khen Đức Giê-hô-va trong các hội chúng.
