They will locate their tents around and facing the tent of meeting.3 »On the east side, facing the rising sun, the armies led by Judah will camp under their flag. The leader for the people of Judah is Nahshon, son of Amminadab.4 »The total number of men in his army is seventy-four thousand six hundred.5 »Next to them will be the tribe of Issachar. The leader for the people of Issachar is Nethanel, son of Zuar.6 »The total number of men in his army is fifty-four thousand four hundred.7 »Then will be the tribe of Zebulun. The leader for the people of Zebulun is Eliab, son of Helon.8 »The total number of men in his army is fifty-seven thousand four hundred.9 »The grand total of all the troops in Judahs camp is one hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred. They will be the first group to move out.10 »On the south side the armies led by Reuben will camp under their flag. The leader for the people of Reuben is Elizur, son of Shedeur11 »The total number of men in his army is forty-six thousand five hundred.12 »The tribe of Simeon will be next to them. Shelumiel, son of Zurishaddai is the leader for the people of Simeon.13 »The total number of men in his army is fifty-nine thousand three hundred.14 »The tribe of Gad will be next. Eliasaph, son of Deuel is the leader for the people of Gad.15 »The total number of men in his army is forty-five thousand six hundred and fifty.16 »The grand total of all the troops in Reubens camp is one hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty. They will be the second group to move out.17 »When the tent of meeting is moved, the Levites will stay in the middle of the groups. The tribes will move out in the same order as they are in the camp, everyone in place under his own flag staffscepter.18 »On the west side the armies led by Ephraim will camp under their flag. The leader for the people of Dan is Ahiezer, son of Ammishaddai.26 »The total number of men in his army is sixty-two thousand seven hundred.27 »Next to them will be the tribe of Asher. The leader for the people of Asher is Pagiel, son of Ochran.28 »The total number of men in his army is forty-one thousand five hundred.29 »Then will be the tribe of Naphtali. The leader for the people of Naphtali is Ahira, son of Enan.30 »The total number of men in his army is fifty-three thousand four hundred.31 »The grand total of all the men in Dans camp is one hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred. They will be the last group to move out. They will travel under their own flag.«32 This is the total number of Israelites, counted by households. The grand total of all the troops in the camps was six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.33 As Jehovah had commanded Moses, the Levites were not registered along with the other Israelites.34 The Israelites did everything as Jehovah had commanded Moses. They set up camp under their flags, and each person traveled with his own family and household.

Esses marcharão primeiro.10 O estandarte do arraial de Rúben segundo os seus exércitos, estará para a banda do sul; e Elizur, filho de Sedeur, será o príncipe dos filhos de Rúben.11 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de quarenta e seis mil e quinhentos.12 Junto a ele se acamparão os da tribo de Simeão; e Selumiel, filho de Zurisadai, será o príncipe dos filhos de Simeão.13 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de cinqüenta e nove mil e trezentos.14 Depois a tribo de Gade; e Eliasafe, filho de Reuel, será o príncipe dos filhos de Gade.15 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de quarenta e cinco mil seiscentos e cinqüenta.16 Todos os que foram contados do arraial de Rúben eram cento e cinqüenta e um mil quatrocentos e cinqüenta, segundo os seus exércitos. Esses marcharão em segundo lugar.17 Então partirá a tenda da revelação com o arraial dos levitas no meio dos arraiais; como se acamparem, assim marcharão, cada um no seu lugar, segundo os seus estandartes.18 Para a banda do ocidente estará o estandarte do arraial de Efraim, segundo os seus exércitos; e Elisama, filho de Amiúde, será o príncipe dos filhos de Efraim.19 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de quarenta mil e quinhentos.20 Junto a eles estará a tribo de Manassés; e Gamaliel, filho de Pedazur, será o príncipe dos filhos de Manassés.21 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de trinta e dois mil e duzentos.22 Depois a tribo de Benjamim; e Abidã, filho de Gideôni, será o príncipe dos filhos de Benjamim.23 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de trinta e cinco mil e quatrocentos.24 Todos os que foram contados o arraial de Efraim eram cento e oito mil e cem, segundo os seus exércitos. Esses marcharão em terceiro lugar.25 Para a banda do norte estará o estandarte do arraial de Dã, segundo os seus exércitos; e Aiezer, filho de Amisadai, será o príncipe dos filhos de Dã.26 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de sessenta e dois mil e setecentos.27 Junto a eles se acamparão os da tribo de Aser; e Pagiel, filho de Ocrã, será o príncipe dos filhos de Aser.28 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de quarenta e um mil e quinhentos.29 Depois a tribo de Naftali; e Airá, filho de Enã, será o príncipe dos filhos de Naftali.30 E o seu exército, os que foram contados deles, era de cinqüenta e três mil e quatrocentos.31 Todos os que foram contados do arraial de Dã eram cento e cinqüenta e sete mil e seiscentos. Esses marcharão em último lugar, segundo os seus estandartes.32 São esses os que foram contados dos filhos de Israel, segundo as casas de seus pais; todos os que foram contados dos arraiais segundo os seus exércitos, eram seiscentos e três mil quinhentos e cinqüenta.33 Os levitas, porém, não foram contados entre os filhos de Israel, como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés.34 Assim fizeram os filhos de Israel, conforme tudo o que o Senhor ordenara a Moisés; acamparam-se segundo os seus estandartes, e marcharam, cada qual segundo as suas famílias, segundo as casas de seus pais.
