1 E de madeira de acácia farás também um altar que terá cinco cúbitos de comprimento e cinco cúbitos de largura (o altar será quadrado) e terá três cúbitos de altura.2 Dos quatro cantos farás levantar-se quatro chifres; os chifres formarão uma só peça com o altar; e o cobrirás de cobre.3 Far-lhe-ás cinzeiros e pás, e bacias, e garfos e braseiros: todos estes utensílios farás de cobre.4 Far-lhe-ás também uma grelha de cobre a modo de gelosia, à qual farás quatro argolas de cobre nos seus quatro cantos.5 Pô-la-ás de sob o rebordo da parte inferior do altar, de maneira que chegue até o meio do altar.6 Farás também varais para o altar, varais de madeira de acácia, e os cobrirás de cobre.7 Os varais se meterão nas argolas, e estarão de um e outro lado do altar, quando for levado.8 Oco e de tábuas o farás; como se te mostrou no monte, assim o farão.9 Farás também o átrio do tabernáculo; para um lado, isto é, para o lado meridional que olha para o sul o átrio terá cortinas de linho fino retorcido de cem cúbitos de comprimento;10 as suas colunas serão vinte, e as suas bases vinte, todas feitas de cobre; os ganchos das colunas e as vergas serão de prata.11 Igualmente para o lado do norte ao comprido haverá cortinas de cem cúbitos de comprimento, e serão vinte as suas colunas, e vinte as suas bases, todas feitas de cobre; os ganchos das colunas e as vergas serão de prata.12 Para a largura do átrio ao lado do ocidente haverá cortinas de cinqüenta cúbitos; as colunas serão dez, e as suas bases dez.13 A largura do átrio ao lado oriental que olha para o nascente será de cinqüenta cúbitos.14 As cortinas para um lado da entrada serão de quinze cúbitos; as suas colunas serão três e as suas bases três.15 Para o outro lado da entrada haverá cortinas de quinze cúbitos; as suas colunas serão três e as suas bases três.16 Para a entrada do átrio haverá um anteparo de vinte cúbitos, de estofo azul, púrpura, escarlata e linho fino retorcido, obra de bordador; as suas colunas serão quatro e as suas bases quatro.17 Todas as colunas ao redor do átrio terão vergas de prata; os seus ganchos serão de prata, e as suas bases de cobre.18 O átrio terá cem cúbitos de comprido, e cinqüenta de largo por toda a parte, e cinco de alto; as suas cortinas serão de linho fino retorcido, e as suas bases de cobre.19 Todos os utensílios do tabernáculo em todo o seu serviço, e todos os seus pregos, e todos os pregos do átrio, serão de cobre.20 Ordenarás aos filhos de Israel que te tragam azeite puro de oliveira, espremido num gral, para o candeeiro, a fim de manter acesa uma lâmpada continuamente.21 Na tenda da revelação, fora do véu que está diante do testemunho, Arão e seus filhos conservá-la-ão em ordem desde a tarde até pela manhã perante Jeová; este será um estatuto perpétuo a favor dos filhos de Israel pelas suas gerações.

1 Thou shalt make also an altar of setim wood, which shall be five cubits long and as many broad, that is, foursquare, and three cubits high.2 And there shall be horns at the four corners of the same: and thou shalt cover it with brass.3 And thou shalt make for the uses thereof pans to receive the ashes, and tongs and fleshhooks, and firepans: all its vessels thou shalt make of brass.4 And a grate of brass in manner of a net: at the four corners of which shall be four rings of brass,5 Which thou shalt put under the hearth of the altar: and the grate shall be even to the midst of the altar.6 Thou shalt make also two bars for the altar of setim wood, which thou shalt cover with plates of brass:7 And thou shalt draw them through rings, and they shall be on both sides of the altar to carry it.8 Thou shalt not make it solid, but empty and hollow in the inside, as it was shewn thee in the mount.9 Thou shalt make also the court of the tabernacle, in the south side whereof southward there shall be hangings of fine twisted linen of a hundred cubits long for one side.10 And twenty pillars with as many sockets of brass, the heads of which with their engraving of silver.11 In like manner also on the north side there shall be hangings of a hundred cubits long, twenty pillars, and as many sockets of brass, and their heads with their engraving of silver.12 But in the breadth of the court, that looketh to the west, there shall be hangings of fifty cubits, and ten pillars, and as many sockets.13 In that breadth also of the court, which looketh to the east, there shall be fifty cubits.14 In which there shall be for one side hangings of fifteen cubits, and three pillars and as many sockets.15 And in the other side there shall be hangings of fifteen cubits, with three pillars and as many sockets.16 And in the entrance of the court there shall be made a hanging of twenty cubits of violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen, with embroidered work: it shall have four pillars with as many sockets.17 All the pillars of the court round about shall be garnished with plates of silver, silver heads and sockets of brass.18 In length the court shall take up a hundred cubits, in breadth fifty, the height shall be of five cubits, and it shall be made of fine twisted linen, and shall have sockets of brass.19 All the vessels of the tabernacle for all uses and ceremonies, and the pins both of it, and of the court, thou shalt make of brass.20 Command the children of Israel that they bring thee the purest oil of the olives, and beaten with a pestle: that a lamp may burn always,21 In the tabernacle of the testimony without the veil that hangs before the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall order it, that it may give light before the Lord until the morning. It shall be a perpetual observance throughout their successions among the children of Israel.
