1 Salmo di Davide GIUDICIAMI, Signore; perciocchè io son camminato nella mia integrità; E mi son confidato nel Signore; io non sarò smosso.2 Provami, Signore, e sperimentami; Metti al cimento le mie reni ed il mio cuore.3 Perciocchè io ho davanti agli occhi la tua benignità, E son camminato nella tua verità.4 Io non son seduto con uomini bugiardi, E non sono andato co’ dissimulati.5 Io odio la raunanza de’ maligni, E non son seduto con gli empi6 Io lavo le mie mani nell’innocenza, E circuisco il tuo Altare, o Signore;7 Facendo risonar voce di lode, E raccontando tutte le tue maraviglie.8 O Signore, io amo l’abitacolo della tua Casa, E il luogo del tabernacolo della tua gloria.9 Non metter l’anima mia in un fascio co’ peccatori, Nè la mia vita con gli uomini di sangue;10 Nelle cui mani è scelleratezza, E la cui destra è piena di presenti.11 Ma io camminerò nella mia integrità; Riscuotimi, ed abbi pietà di me.12 Il mio piè sta fermo e ritto in luogo piano. Io benedirò il Signore nelle raunanze

Judge me, O Jehovah, for I in mine integrity have walked, And in Jehovah I have trusted, I slide not.2 Try me, O Jehovah, and prove me, Purified [are] my reins and my heart.3 For Thy kindness [is] before mine eyes, And I have walked habitually in Thy truth.4 I have not sat with vain men, And with dissemblers I enter not.5 I have hated the assembly of evil doers, And with the wicked I sit not.6 I wash in innocency my hands, And I compass Thine altar, O Jehovah.7 To sound with a voice of confession, And to recount all Thy wonders.8 Jehovah, I have loved the habitation of Thy house, And the place of the tabernacle of Thine honour.9 Do not gather with sinners my soul, And with men of blood my life,10 In whose hand [is] a wicked device, And their right hand [is] full of bribes.11 And I, in mine integrity I walk, Redeem me, and favour me.12 My foot hath stood in uprightness, In assemblies I bless Jehovah!
