1 Os que confiam no Senhor são como o monte Sião;
não serão abalados, mas permanecerão para sempre.
2 Assim como os montes cercam Jerusalém,
o Senhor se põe ao redor de seu povo, agora e para sempre.
3 Os perversos não governarão a terra dos justos,
para que os justos não sejam tentados a fazer o mal.
4 Ó Senhor, faze o bem àqueles que são bons,
aos que têm o coração sincero.
5 Expulsa, porém, os que andam por caminhos tortuosos, ó Senhor;
leva-os embora junto com os que praticam o mal.
Que Israel tenha paz!

1 Those who trust in LORD are as mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides forever.2 As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so LORD is round about his people from this time forth and for evermore.3 For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous, that the righteous not put forth their hands to iniquity.4 Do good, O LORD, to those who are good, and to those who are upright in their hearts.5 But as for such as turn aside to their crooked ways, LORD will lead them forth with the workers of iniquity.
