Sim, louvem, ó servos do Senhor,
louvem o nome do Senhor!
2 Bendito seja o nome do Senhor,
agora e para sempre.
3 Em todo lugar, do Oriente ao Ocidente,
louvem o nome do Senhor.
4 Pois o Senhor é engrandecido acima das nações;
sua glória está acima dos céus.
5 Quem se compara ao Senhor, nosso Deus,
entronizado nas alturas?
6 Ele se inclina para ver
o que acontece nos céus e na terra.
7 Levanta do pó o necessitado
e ergue do lixo o pobre.
8 Coloca-os entre príncipes,
entre os príncipes de seu povo.
9 Dá uma família à mulher estéril
e a torna uma mãe feliz.
