1 Cantem ao Senhor um cântico novo!

Toda a terra cante ao Senhor!

2 Cantem ao Senhor e louvem o seu nome;

proclamem todos os dias a sua salvação.

3 Anunciem a sua glória entre as nações,

contem a todos as suas maravilhas.

4 Grande é o Senhor! Digno de muito louvor!

Ele é mais temível que todos os deuses.

5 Os deuses de outros povos não passam de ídolos,

mas o Senhor fez os céus!

6 Glória e majestade o cercam,

força e beleza enchem seu santuário.

7 Ó nações do mundo, reconheçam o Senhor;

reconheçam que o Senhor é forte e glorioso.

8 Deem ao Senhor a glória que seu nome merece,

tragam ofertas e entrem em seus pátios.

9 Adorem o Senhor em todo o seu santo esplendor;

toda a terra trema diante dele.

10 Digam entre as nações: "O Senhor reina!";

ele firmou o mundo para que não seja abalado

e com imparcialidade julgará todos os povos.

11 Alegrem-se os céus e exulte a terra!

Deem louvor o mar e tudo que nele há!

12 Os campos e suas colheitas gritem de alegria!

As árvores do bosque exultem

13 diante do Senhor, pois ele vem;

ele vem julgar a terra.

Julgará o mundo com justiça

e as nações, com sua verdade.

12 Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

13 Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
