8 Du, du är fruktansvärd; vem kan bestå inför dig, när du vredgas?
9 Från himmelen lät du höra din dom; då förskräcktes jorden och vart stilla,
10 då när Gud stod upp till dom, till att frälsa alla ödmjuka på jorden. Sela.
11 Ty människors vrede varder dig till pris; du har vrede till övers att omgjorda dit med.
12 Gören löften och infrien dem åt HERREN, eder Gud; alla de som äro omkring honom bäre fram skänker åt den Fruktansvärde.
13 Ty han stäcker furstarnas övermod; fruktansvärd är han för konungarna på jorden.
