Provérbios 15

1 Uma *Pv 15.18;25.15;Jz 8.1-3resposta branda desvia o furor,

mas a *1Sm 25.10-13palavra dura excita a ira.

2 *Pv 15.7A língua dos sábios destila o conhecimento,

mas *Pv 15.28;12.23;13.16a boca dos loucos derrama a estultícia.

3 *Jó 31.4, ref.;Hb 4.13Os olhos de Jeová estão em todo lugar,

vigiando aos maus e aos bons.

4 *Pv 12.18A língua suave é árvore de vida,

mas a *Pv 11.3perversa quebranta o espírito.

5 *Pv 13.1O insensato despreza a correção de seu pai,

mas aquele que *Pv 13.18atende à repreensão consegue a prudência.

6 Na casa do *Pv 8.21justo, há grandes tesouros,

Mas, nas rendas do perverso, há perturbação.

10 Correção rigorosa há para quem abandona o caminho,

e aquele que *Pv 1.29-32;5.12;12.1aborrece a repreensão morrerá.

quanto mais *1Sm 16.7;2Cr 6.30;Sl 44.21;At 1.24os corações dos filhos dos homens!

12 *Pv 13.1;Am 5.10O escarnecedor não gosta de quem o repreende;

não irá ter com os sábios.

29 Jeová está *Pv 1.28;Sl 18.41longe dos perversos,

mas *Sl 145.18-19ouve a oração dos justos.

30 A luz dos olhos alegra ao coração,

*Pv 25.25e boas novas engordam aos ossos.

31 O ouvido que *Pv 15.5;25.12escuta a repreensão que dá a vida

terá a sua morada entre os sábios.

32 Quem *Pv 1.7;8.33rejeita a correção *Pv 8.36despreza a sua alma,

mas aquele que *Pv 15.5escuta a repreensão adquire conhecimento.
