A majestade e o domínio de Deus

1 *Sl 96.10Jeová é Rei; *Sl 96.11regozije-se a terra;

alegrem-se *Is 42.10,12as numerosas ilhas.

*Sl 89.14justiça e juízo são a base do seu trono.

e *Ml 4.1;Hb 12.29abrasa ao redor os seus adversários.

4 *Sl 77.18Os seus relâmpagos alumiaram o mundo;

5 Os montes, como cera, *Sl 46.6;Am 9.5;Mq 1.4;Na 1.5se derreteram na presença de Jeová,

na presença *Js 3.11do Senhor de toda a terra.

6 *Sl 50.6Os céus anunciam a sua justiça,

7 Sejam envergonhados todos os que *Sl 78.58;Is 42.17;44.9,11;Jr 10.14servem a imagens de escultura,

8 Sião ouviu e *Sl 48.11;Sf 3.14alegrou-se,

e regozijaram-se as filhas de Judá,

por causa dos teus juízos, Jeová.

9 Porquanto tu, Jeová, és *Sl 83.18Altíssimo sobre toda a terra,

tu és sobremodo *Sl 95.3;96.4;135.5;Êx 13.11exaltado acima de todos os deuses.

10 Vós que amais a Jeová, *Pv 8.13;Am 5.15;Rm 12.9odiai o mal;

ele *Sl 31.23;145.20;Pv 2.8preserva as almas dos seus santos,

ele *Sl 37.40;Jr 15.21;Dn 3.28os livra das mão dos perversos.

5 The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

6 The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the people see his glory.

7 Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship him, all ye gods.

8 Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O LORD.

9 For thou, LORD, art high above all the earth: thou art exalted far above all gods.

10 Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.
