1 A Psalm. A Song at the blessing of the House. Of David. 2 \30:1\I will give you praise and honour, O Lord, because through you I have been lifted up; you have not given my haters cause to be glad over me.3 \30:2\O Lord my God, I sent up my cry to you, and you have made me well.4 \30:3\O Lord, you have made my soul come again from the underworld: you have given me life and kept me from going down among the dead.5 \30:4\Make songs to the Lord, O you saints of his, and give praise to his holy name.6 \30:5\For his wrath is only for a minute; in his grace there is life; weeping may be for a night, but joy comes in the morning.7 \30:6\When things went well for me I said, I will never be moved.8 \30:7\Lord, by your grace you have kept my mountain strong: when your face was turned from me I was troubled.9 \30:8\My voice went up to you, O Lord; I made my prayer to the Lord.10 \30:9\What profit is there in my blood if I go down into the underworld? will the dust give you praise, or be a witness to your help?11 \30:10\Give ear to me, O Lord, and have mercy on me: Lord, be my helper.12 \30:11\By you my sorrow is turned into dancing; you have taken away my clothing of grief, and given me robes of joy;13 \30:12\So that my glory may make songs of praise to you and not be quiet. O Lord my God, I will give you praise for ever.

Mi gloros Vin alte, ho Eternulo, Ĉar Vi levis min kaj Vi ne lasis miajn malamikojn triumfi super mi.2 Ho Eternulo, mia Dio, mi vokis al Vi, Kaj Vi min sanigis.3 Ho Eternulo, Vi ellevis el Ŝeol mian animon; Vi vivigis min, ke mi ne iru en la tombon.4 Kantu al la Eternulo, ho Liaj piuloj, Kaj gloru Lian sanktan nomon.5 Ĉar nur momenton daŭras Lia kolero, Sed tutan vivon daŭras Lia favoro; Vespere povas esti ploro, Sed matene venos ĝojego.6 Kaj mi diris en la tempo de mia feliĉo: Mi neniam falos.7 Ho Eternulo, per Via favoro Vi starigis mian monton fortike; Sed kiam Vi kaŝis Vian vizaĝon, mi konfuziĝis.8 Al Vi, ho Eternulo, mi vokis, Kaj al la Eternulo mi preĝis:9 Kion utilos mia sango, se mi iros en la tombon? Ĉu gloros Vin polvo? ĉu ĝi aŭdigos Vian veron?10 Aŭskultu, ho Eternulo, kaj korfavoru min; Ho Eternulo, estu helpanto al mi.11 Vi anstataŭigis al mi mian plendon per danco; Vi deprenis de mi mian sakaĵon kaj zonis min per ĝojo,12 Por ke mia animo kantu al Vi kaj ne silentiĝu. Ho Eternulo, mia Dio, eterne mi Vin gloros.
