1 Eu te darei graças, Senhor,
de todo o meu coração;
na presença dos poderosos
te cantarei louvores.
2 Voltado para o teu santo templo,
eu me prostrarei
e louvarei o teu nome,
por causa da tua misericórdia
e da tua verdade,
pois engrandeceste acima de tudo
o teu nome e a tua palavra.
3 No dia em que eu clamei,
tu me respondeste
e alentaste a força
de minha alma.
4 Todos os reis da terra
te louvarão, Senhor,
quando ouvirem
as palavras da tua boca,
5 e cantarão
os caminhos do Senhor,
pois grande é a glória do Senhor.
6 O Senhor é excelso, contudo,
atenta para os humildes;
os soberbos,
ele os conhece de longe.
7 Se ando em meio à angústia,
tu me refazes a vida;
estendes a mão contra a ira
dos meus inimigos;
a tua mão direita me salva.
8 O que diz respeito a mim
o Senhor levará a bom termo;
a tua misericórdia, ó Senhor,
dura para sempre;
não desampares
as obras das tuas mãos.

1 I will give thee thanks with my whole heart. I will sing praises to thee before the gods.2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and give thanks to thy name for thy loving kindness and for thy truth. For thou have magnified thy word above all thy name.3 Thou answered me in the day that I called. Thou encouraged me with strength in my soul.4 All the kings of the earth shall give thee thanks, O LORD, for they have heard the words of thy mouth.5 Yea, they shall sing of the ways of LORD, for great is the glory of LORD.6 For though LORD is high, yet he has respect to the lowly. But he knows the haughty from afar.7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou will revive me. Thou will stretch forth thy hand against the wrath of my enemies, and thy right hand will save me.8 LORD will perfect that which concerns me. Thy loving kindness, O LORD, [is] forever. Forsake not the works of thine own hands.
