2 A minha alma suspira e desfalece pelos átrios de Jeová, O meu coração e a minha carne clamam ao Deus vivo.

3 Até o passarinho acha casa, E a andorinha um ninho para si, onde ponha os seus filhinhos, A saber, os teus altares, Jeová dos exércitos, Rei meu e Deus meu.

4 Felizes são os que habitam na tua casa; Para sempre hão de te louvar.

5 Felizes são os homens, cuja força está em ti, Em cujos corações há as estradas para Sião.

6 Passando pelo vale de Baca, fazem dele um lugar de fontes; De bênçãos o cobre a primeira chuva.

7 Aumentam de força na viagem, Cada um deles aparece diante de Deus em Sião.

11 Porquanto Deus Jeová é sol e escudo: Jeová dará graça e glória; Jamais negará bem algum aos que andam retamente.
