Of Ethan the Ezrahite. 2 \89:1\My song will be of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make his faith clear to all generations.3 \89:2\For you have said, Mercy will be made strong for ever; my faith will be unchanging in the heavens.4 \89:3\I have made an agreement with the man of my selection, I have made an oath to David my servant;5 \89:4\I will make your seed go on for ever, your kingdom will be strong through all generations. (Selah.)6 \89:5\In heaven let them give praise for your wonders, O Lord; and your unchanging faith among the saints.7 \89:6\For who is there in the heavens in comparison with the Lord? who is like the Lord among the sons of the gods?8 \89:7\God is greatly to be feared among the saints, and to be honoured over all those who are about him.9 \89:8\O Lord God of armies, who is strong like you, O Jah? and your unchanging faith is round about you.10 \89:9\You have rule over the sea in storm; when its waves are troubled, you make them calm.11 \89:10\Rahab was crushed by you like one wounded to death; with your strong arm you put to flight all your haters.12 \89:11\Yours are the heavens, and the earth is yours; you have made the world, and everything which is in it.13 \89:12\You have made the north and the south; Tabor and Hermon are sounding with joy at your name.14 \89:13\Yours is an arm of power; strong is your hand and high your right hand.15 \89:14\The seat of your kingdom is resting on righteousness and right judging: mercy and good faith come before your face.16 \89:15\Happy are the people who have knowledge of the holy cry: the light of your face, O Lord, will be shining on their way.17 \89:16\In your name will they have joy all the day: in your righteousness will they be lifted up.18 \89:17\For you are the glory of their strength; in your pleasure will our horn be lifted up.19 \89:18\For our breastplate is the Lord; and our king is the Holy One of Israel's.20 \89:19\Then your voice came to your holy one in a vision, saying, I have put the crown on a strong one, lifting up one taken from among the people.21 \89:20\I have made discovery of David my servant; I have put my holy oil on his head.22 \89:21\My hand will be his support; my arm will give him strength.23 \89:22\The deceit of those who are against him will not overcome him; he will not be troubled by the sons of evil.24 \89:23\I will have those who are against him broken before his face, and his haters will be crushed under my blows.25 \89:24\But my faith and my mercy will be with him; and in my name will his horn be lifted up.26 \89:25\I will put his hand in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.27 \89:26\He will say to me, You are my father, my God, and the Rock of my salvation.28 \89:27\And I will make him the first of my sons, most high over the kings of the earth.29 \89:28\I will keep my mercy for him for ever; my agreement with him will not be changed.30 \89:29\His seed will keep their place for ever; his kingdom will be eternal, like the heavens.31 \89:30\If his children give up my law, and are not ruled by my decisions;32 \89:31\If my rules are broken, and my orders are not kept;33 \89:32\Then I will send punishment on them for their sin; my rod will be the reward of their evil-doing.34 \89:33\But I will not take away my mercy from him, and will not be false to my faith.35 \89:34\I will be true to my agreement; the things which have gone out of my lips will not be changed.36 \89:35\I have made an oath once by my holy name, that I will not be false to David.37 \89:36\His seed will not come to an end for ever; the seat of his kingdom will be like the sun before me.38 \89:37\It will be fixed for ever like the moon; and the witness in heaven is true. (Selah.)39 \89:38\But you have put him away in disgust; you have been angry with the king of your selection.40 \89:39\You have made your agreement with your servant of no effect: you have had no respect for his crown, it has come down even to the earth.41 \89:40\All his walls are broken down; you have given his strong towers to destruction.42 \89:41\All those who come by take away his goods; he is laughed at by his neighbours.43 \89:42\You have given power to the right hand of his haters; you have made glad all those who are against him.44 \89:43\His sword is turned back; you have not been his support in the fight.45 \89:44\You have put an end to his glory: the seat of his kingdom has been levelled to the earth.46 \89:45\You have made him old before his time; he is covered with shame. (Selah.)47 \89:46\How long, O Lord, will you Keep yourself for ever from our eyes? how long will your wrath be burning like fire?48 \89:47\See how short my time is; why have you made all men for no purpose?49 \89:48\What man now living will not see death? will he be able to keep back his soul from the underworld? (Selah.)50 \89:49\Lord, where are your earlier mercies? where is the oath which you made to David in unchanging faith?51 \89:50\Keep in mind, O Lord, the shame of your servants, and how the bitter words of all the people have come into my heart;52 \89:51\The bitter words of your haters, O Lord, shaming the footsteps of your king.53 \89:52\Let the Lord be praised for ever. 1 (88:1) Учение Ефама Езрахита.2 (88:2) Милости [Твои], Господи, буду петь вечно, в род и род возвещать истину Твою устами моими.3 (88:3) Ибо говорю: навек основана милость, на небесах утвердил Ты истину Твою, [когда сказал]:4 (88:4) "Я поставил завет с избранным Моим, клялся Давиду, рабу Моему:5 (88:5) навек утвержу семя твое, в род и род устрою престол твой".6 (88:6) И небеса прославят чудные дела Твои, Господи, и истину Твою в собрании святых.7 (88:7) Ибо кто на небесах сравнится с Господом? кто между сынами Божиими уподобится Господу?8 (88:8) Страшен Бог в великом сонме святых, страшен Он для всех окружающих Его.9 (88:9) Господи, Боже сил! кто силен, как Ты, Господи? И истина Твоя окрест Тебя.10 (88:10) Ты владычествуешь над яростью моря: когда воздымаются волны его, Ты укрощаешь их.11 (88:11) Ты низложил Раава, как пораженного; крепкою мышцею Твоею рассеял врагов Твоих.12 (88:12) Твои небеса и Твоя земля; вселенную и что наполняет ее, Ты основал.13 (88:13) Север и юг Ты сотворил; Фавор и Ермон о имени Твоем радуются.14 (88:14) Крепка мышца Твоя, сильна рука Твоя, высока десница Твоя!15 (88:15) Правосудие и правота – основание престола Твоего; милость и истина предходят пред лицем Твоим.16 (88:16) Блажен народ, знающий трубный зов! Они ходят во свете лица Твоего, Господи,17 (88:17) о имени Твоем радуются весь день и правдою Твоею возносятся,18 (88:18) ибо Ты украшение силы их, и благоволением Твоим возвышается рог наш.19 (88:19) От Господа – щит наш, и от Святаго Израилева – царь наш.20 (88:20) Некогда говорил Ты в видении святому Твоему, и сказал: "Я оказал помощь мужественному, вознес избранного из народа.21 (88:21) Я обрел Давида, раба Моего, святым елеем Моим помазал его.22 (88:22) Рука Моя пребудет с ним, и мышца Моя укрепит его.23 (88:23) Враг не превозможет его, и сын беззакония не притеснит его.24 (88:24) Сокрушу пред ним врагов его и поражу ненавидящих его.25 (88:25) И истина Моя и милость Моя с ним, и Моим именем возвысится рог его.26 (88:26) И положу на море руку его, и на реки – десницу его.27 (88:27) Он будет звать Меня: Ты отец мой, Бог мой и твердыня спасения моего.28 (88:28) И Я сделаю его первенцем, превыше царей земли,29 (88:29) вовек сохраню ему милость Мою, и завет Мой с ним будет верен.30 (88:30) И продолжу вовек семя его, и престол его – как дни неба.31 (88:31) Если сыновья его оставят закон Мой и не будут ходить по заповедям Моим;32 (88:32) если нарушат уставы Мои и повелений Моих не сохранят:33 (88:33) посещу жезлом беззаконие их, и ударами – неправду их;34 (88:34) милости же Моей не отниму от него, и не изменю истины Моей.35 (88:35) Не нарушу завета Моего, и не переменю того, что вышло из уст Моих.36 (88:36) Однажды Я поклялся святостью Моею: солгу ли Давиду?37 (88:37) Семя его пребудет вечно, и престол его, как солнце, предо Мною,38 (88:38) вовек будет тверд, как луна, и верный свидетель на небесах".39 (88:39) Но [ныне] Ты отринул и презрел, прогневался на помазанника Твоего;40 (88:40) пренебрег завет с рабом Твоим, поверг на землю венец его;41 (88:41) разрушил все ограды его, превратил в развалины крепости его.42 (88:42) Расхищают его все проходящие путем; он сделался посмешищем у соседей своих.43 (88:43) Ты возвысил десницу противников его, обрадовал всех врагов его;44 (88:44) Ты обратил назад острие меча его и не укрепил его на брани;45 (88:45) отнял у него блеск и престол его поверг на землю;46 (88:46) сократил дни юности его и покрыл его стыдом.47 (88:47) Доколе, Господи, будешь скрываться непрестанно, будет пылать ярость Твоя, как огонь?48 (88:48) Вспомни, какой мой век: на какую суету сотворил Ты всех сынов человеческих?49 (88:49) Кто из людей жил – и не видел смерти, избавил душу свою от руки преисподней?50 (88:50) Где прежние милости Твои, Господи? Ты клялся Давиду истиною Твоею.51 (88:51) Вспомни, Господи, поругание рабов Твоих, которое я ношу в недре моем от всех сильных народов;52 (88:52) как поносят враги Твои, Господи, как бесславят следы помазанника Твоего.53 (88:53) Благословен Господь вовек!
