26 Quando Jesus viu a sua mãe ali de pé junto ao discípulo a quem ele amava, disse-lhe: Ele é teu filho. E ao discípulo: Ela é tua mãe! E, a partir daí, este recolheu-a em sua casa.

26 Jesus, therefore, seeing his mother and the disciple whom he loved, saith unto his motherO woman, see! thy son!

27 Afterwards, he saith unto the discipleSee! thy mother! And, from that hour, the disciple took her unto his own home.
