Ko tōu rite kei te kūao raiona o ngā iwi;

otiia, e rite ana koe ki te tarakona o ngā moana;

i kōkiri mai anō koe me ōu awa,

pōkarekare ana ngā wai i ōu waewae,

poke ana i a koe ō rātou awa."

3 Ko te kupu tēnei a te Ariki, a Ihowā:

"Ka horahia e ahau tāku kupenga ki runga ki a koe,

he huihuinga hoki nō ngā iwi maha;

ā, ka riro ake koe i a rātou i tāku kupenga.

4 Ka waiho anō koe e ahau ki runga ki te whenua,

ka ākiritia atu anō koe ki te mata o te pārae,

māku anō e mea kia nohoia koe e ngā manu katoa o te rangi,

kia mākona anō ngā kīrehe o te whenua katoa i a koe.

5 Ka takoto anō i ahau ōu kikokiko ki runga ki ngā maunga,

ka whakakīia anō ngā awaawa ki a koe e tiketike nā.

6 Ka whakamākūkūria anō e ahau ki ōu toto te whenua e kau nā koe,

ā, tutuki noa ki ngā maunga;

ka kī anō hoki ngā awa i a koe.

7 Ā, ka oti koe te tinei e ahau,

ka hīpokina e ahau te rangi,

ka whakapōuritia anō hoki ngā whetū o reira;

ka hīpokina e ahau te rā ki te kapua,

e kore anō e titi te atarau.

8 Nā, ko ngā whakamārama katoa e mārama nei te rangi,

ka whakapōuritia e ahau ki runga ki a koe,

ka hoatu anō e ahau he pōuri ki runga ki tōu whenua,

e ai tā te Ariki, tā Ihowā.

9 He maha anō ngā iwi e mamae ō rātou ngākau i ahau,

ina meinga e ahau kia tae atu tōu whakangaromanga ki ngā iwi,

ki ngā whenua kīhai i mōhiotia e koe.

10 Inā, he maha ngā iwi e meinga e ahau kia ketekete ki a koe,

ka nui anō te wehi o ō rātou kīngi, ina whakaaro ki a koe.

Ua wherikoriko tāku hoari ki tō rātou aroaro,

hono tonu anō tō rātou wiri, ia tangata, ia tangata,

i te wehi mō tōna oranga anō,

i te rā e hinga ai koe.

11 "Nō te mea ko te kupu tēnei a te Ariki, a Ihowā:

Tērā e tae atu te hoari a te kīngi o Papurōna ki a koe.

12 Ka meinga e ahau ōu mano tini,

te hunga nanakia o ngā iwi,

rātou katoa kia hinga i ngā hoari a ngā mārohirohi.

Ā, ka pāhuatia e rātou ngā mea whakaī o Īhipa,

ka ngaro anō ō reira mano tini katoa.

13 Ka ngaro anō i ahau ō reira kararehe katoa

i te taha o ngā wai maha;

e kore anō e pōkarekare i te wae tangata ā muri ake nei,

e kore anō e ngarungaru i te wae kararehe.

14 Ko reira ahau mea ai i ō rātou wai kia purata,

ka meinga anō e ahau ō rātou awa kia rite ki te hinu te rere, e ai tā te Ariki, tā Ihowā.

15 Kia meinga e ahau te whenua o Īhipa hei ururua,

ā, kore iho ngā tini mea o te whenua,

kia patua anō e ahau te hunga katoa e noho ana i reira,

kātahi rātou ka mōhio ko Ihowā ahau.

16 "Ko te tangi tēnei e tangihia ai ia e rātou, ka tangihia ia e ngā tamāhine a ngā iwi. Ka tangihia ia e rātou, arā a Īhipa rātou ko ōna mano tini, e ai tā te Ariki, tā Ihowā."

17 Nā, i te tekau mā rua o ngā tau, i te tekau mā rima o ngā rā o te marama, ka puta mai te kupu a Ihowā ki ahau, i mea: 18 "E te tama a te tangata, auē ki te mano tini o Īhipa, makā iho rātou, a ia, me ngā tamāhine a ngā iwi nunui, ki ngā wāhi o raro rawa o te whenua, rātou ko te hunga e heke ana ki te rua. 19 ‘He ātaahua rawa koe i a wai? Heke iho, takoto tahi koutou ko te hunga kokotikore.’ 20 Ka hinga rātou ki waenga i te hunga i patua ki te hoari. Kua tukua atu ia ki te hoari; tōia atu me ōna mano tini katoa. 21 Ka kōrero mai ngā tāngata kaha o ngā mārohirohi ki a ia i roto i te rēinga, rātou ko ōna kaiāwhina: ‘Kua heke rātou ki raro, kei te takoto rātou, te korikori, arā ngā kokotikore, he mea patu ki te hoari.’

22 "Kei reira anō a Ahuru rātou ko tōna hui katoa; ko ōna urupā, kei tētahi taha ōna, kei tētahi taha; he mea patu katoa, kua hinga i te hoari. 23 Ko ōna urupā, he mea mahi ki ngā pito rawa o te rua. Ko tōna rōpū anō kei tētahi taha o tōna urupā, kei tētahi taha; he mea patu katoa rātou, kua hinga i te hoari, te hunga i puta ai te wehi ki te whenua o te hunga ora.

24 "Kei reira a Erama, rātou ko ōna mano tini i tētahi taha o tōna urupā, i tētahi taha. Ko rātou katoa he mea patu, kua hinga i te hoari, he hunga kua heke kokotikore atu ki ngā wāhi o raro rawa o te whenua, he hunga i mea i tō rātou wehi kia puta ki te whenua o te hunga ora. Heoi, kei te mau te whakamā o rātou, o te hunga anō e heke ana ki te rua. 25 Kua hangā te takotoranga mōna ki roto ki te hunga i patua, mō rātou anō ko ōna mano tini katoa. Ko ōna urupā kei tētahi taha ōna, kei tētahi taha; he kokotikore rātou katoa, he mea patu ki te hoari. I puta hoki tō rātou wehi ki te whenua o te hunga ora, heoi kua mau te whakamā o rātou, o te hunga anō e heke ana ki te rua; kua tukua atu ia ki roto ki te hunga i patua.

26 "Kei reira a Meheke, a Tūpara, rātou ko ōna mano tini katoa; ko ōna urupā kei tētahi taha ōna kei tētahi taha, he mea kokotikore rātou katoa, he mea patu ki te hoari; i puta anō tō rātou wehi i mua ki te whenua o te hunga ora. 27 E kore anō rātou e takoto i roto i ngā mārohirohi o ngā kokotikore kua hinga, kua heke ki te rēinga me ā rātou patu anō o te whawhai. I whakatakotoria anō e rātou ā rātou hoari ki raro i ō rātou māhunga, ā, kei te mau ō rātou kino ki ō rātou wheua; ko te hunga hoki tēnā i wehi ai ngā mārohirohi o te whenua o te ora.

28 "Otiia, ka whatia koe i roto i te hunga kokotikore, ka takoto tahi hoki koutou ko te hunga i patua ki te hoari.

29 "Kei reira a Ēroma, ōna kīngi, ōna rangatira katoa i tukua nei i runga i tō rātou mārohirohi ki roto ki te hunga i werohia e te hoari. Ka takoto tahi rātou ko ngā kokotikore, rātou anō ko te hunga e heke ana ki te rua.

30 "Kei reira ngā ariki o te raki, rātou katoa, me ngā Haironi katoa i heke nei i roto i te hunga i patua; whakamā iho rātou i te wehi i tupu mai i tō rātou mārohirohi, ā, takoto kokotikore ana rātou i roto i te hunga i patua ki te hoari, me te mau te whakamā o rātou, o te hunga anō e heke ana ki te rua.

31 "E kite a Parao i a rātou, ā, ka whai whakamārietanga ki āna mano tini katoa i patua ki te hoari – a Parao rātou ko tāna ope katoa, e ai tā te Ariki, tā Ihowā. 32 Nō te mea kua tukua e ahau tōna wehi ki te whenua o te hunga ora; ā, ka whakatakotoria ia ki roto ki te hunga kokotikore, rātou ko te hunga i patua ki te hoari – a Parao rātou ko āna mano tini, e ai tā te Ariki, tā Ihowā."

1 Y ACONTECIÓ en el año duodécimo, en el mes duodécimo, al primero del mes, que fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

2 Hijo del hombre, levanta endechas sobre Faraón rey de Egipto, y dile: A ✝32.2 cp. 19.3,5,6 y 38.13.leoncillo de gentes eres semejante, y eres como ✝32.2 cp. 29.3.la ballena en los mares: que secabas tus ríos, y enturbiabas las aguas con tus pies, y hollabas sus riberas.

3 Así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: ✝32.3 cp. 12.13.Yo extenderé sobre ti mi red con reunión de muchos pueblos, y te harán subir con mi esparavel.

4 Y ✝32.4 cp. 29.5.te dejaré en tierra, te echaré sobre la haz del campo, y ✝32.4 cp. 31.13.haré que se asienten sobre ti todas las aves del cielo, y hartaré de ti las bestias de toda la tierra.

5 Y pondré tus carnes ✝32.5 cp. 31.12.sobre los montes, y henchiré los valles de tu altura.

6 Y regaré de tu sangre la tierra donde nadas, hasta los montes; y los arroyos se henchirán de ti.

7 Y cuando te habré muerto, ✝32.7 Mt. 24.29.cubriré los cielos, y haré entenebrecer sus estrellas: el sol cubriré con nublado, y la luna no hará resplandecer su luz.

8 Todas las lumbreras de luz haré entenebrecer en el cielo por ti, y pondré tinieblas sobre tu tierra, dice el Señor Jehová.

9 Y entristeceré el corazón de muchos pueblos, cuando llevaré tu quebrantamiento sobre las gentes, por las tierras que no conociste.

10 Y haré atónitos sobre ti muchos pueblos, y ✝32.10 cp. 27.35.sus reyes tendrán á causa de ti horror grande, cuando haré resplandecer mi espada delante de sus rostros, y ✝32.10 cp. 26.16.todos se sobresaltarán en sus ánimos á cada momento en el día de tu caída.

11 Porque ✝32.11 Jer. 46.26. cp. 14.17 y 29.8,19así ha dicho el Señor Jehová: La espada del rey de Babilonia vendrá sobre ti.

12 Con espadas de fuertes haré caer tu pueblo; todos ellos serán ✝32.12 cp. 28.7.los fuertes de las gentes: y destruirán la soberbia de Egipto, y toda su multitud será deshecha.

13 Todas sus bestias destruiré de sobre las muchas aguas: ni más las enturbiará pie de hombre, ni uña de bestias las enturbiarán.

14 Entonces haré asentarse sus aguas, y haré ir sus ríos como aceite, dice el Señor Jehová.

15 Cuando asolaré la tierra de Egipto, y la tierra fuere asolada de su plenitud, cuando heriré á todos los que en ella moran, ✝32.15 Ex. 7.5. cp. 6.7sabrán que yo soy Jehová.

16 Esta es la endecha, y cantarla han: ✝32.16 ver. 18las hijas de las gentes la cantarán: endecharán sobre Egipto, y sobre toda ✝32.16 cp. 31.2.su multitud, dice el Señor Jehová.

17 Y aconteció en el año duodécimo, á los quince del mes, que fué á mí palabra de Jehová, diciendo:

18 Hijo del hombre, endecha sobre la multitud de Egipto, y despéñalo á él, y á las villas de las gentes fuertes, ✝32.18 cp. 31.14.en la tierra de los profundos, con los que descienden á la sepultura.

19 ✝ 32.19 cp. 31.2,18. Porque eres tan hermoso, desciende, y yace con ✝32.19 cp. 28.10.los incircuncisos.

20 Entre los muertos á cuchillo caerán: al cuchillo es entregado: traedlo á él y á todos sus pueblos.

21 De en medio del infierno ✝32.21 Is. 14.9,10.hablarán á él los fuertes de los fuertes, con los que le ayudaron, que descendieron, y yacen con los incircuncisos muertos á cuchillo.

22 Allí Assur con toda su gente: en derredor de él están sus sepulcros: todos ellos cayeron muertos á cuchillo.

23 Sus sepulcros fueron ✝32.23 Is. 14.15.puestos á los lados de la fosa, y su gente está por los alrededores de su sepulcro: todos ellos cayeron muertos á cuchillo, los cuales pusieron miedo en la tierra de los vivientes.

24 Allí ✝32.24 Jer. 49.34-39.Elam, y toda su multitud por los alrededores de su sepulcro: todos ellos cayeron muertos á cuchillo, los cuales descendieron incircuncisos á los más profundos lugares de la tierra, porque pusieron su terror en la tierra de los vivientes, mas llevaron su confusión con los que descienden al sepulcro.

25 En medio de los muertos le pusieron cama con toda su multitud: á sus alrededores están sus sepulcros: todos ellos incircuncisos muertos á cuchillo, porque fué puesto su espanto en la tierra de los vivientes, mas llevaron su confusión con los que descienden al sepulcro: él fué puesto en medio de los muertos.

26 Allí ✝32.26 cp. 27.13.Mesech, y Tubal, y toda su multitud: sus sepulcros en sus alrededores: todos ellos incircuncisos muertos á cuchillo, porque habían dado su terror en la tierra de los vivientes.

27 Y no yacerán con los ✝32.27 Is. 14.18,19.fuertes que cayeron de los incircuncisos, los cuales descendieron al sepulcro con sus armas de guerra, y pusieron sus espadas debajo de sus cabezas: mas sus pecados estarán sobre sus huesos, porque fueron terror de fuertes en la tierra de los vivientes.

28 Tú pues serás quebrantado entre los incircuncisos, y yacerás con los muertos á cuchillo.

29 Allí ✝32.29 cp. 25.12.Idumea, sus reyes y todos sus príncipes, los cuales con su fortaleza fueron puestos con los muertos á cuchillo: ellos yacerán con los incircuncisos, y con los que descienden al sepulcro.

30 Allí los príncipes del ✝32.30 cp. 38.6,15 y 39.2.aquilón, todos ellos, y todos los de ✝32.30 cp. 28.21.Sidón, que con su terror descendieron con los muertos, avergonzados de su fortaleza, yacen también incircuncisos con los muertos á cuchillo, y llevaron su confusión con los que descienden al sepulcro.

31 A estos verá Faraón, y ✝32.31 cp. 31.16.consolaráse sobre toda su multitud; Faraón muerto á cuchillo, y todo su ejército, dice el Señor Jehová.

32 Porque yo puse mi terror en la tierra de los vivientes, también yacerá entre los incircuncisos con los muertos á cuchillo, Faraón y toda su multitud, dice el Señor Jehová.
