1 I love Yahweh, because he listens to my voice,
and my cries for mercy.
2 Because he has turned his ear to me,
therefore I will call on him as long as I live.
3 The cords of death surrounded me,
the pains of Sheol got a hold of me.
I found trouble and sorrow.
4 Then I called on Yahweh’s name:
"Yahweh, I beg you, deliver my soul."
5 Yahweh is gracious and righteous.
Yes, our God is merciful.
6 Yahweh preserves the simple.
I was brought low, and he saved me.
7 Return to your rest, my soul,
for Yahweh has dealt bountifully with you.
8 For you have delivered my soul from death,
my eyes from tears,
and my feet from falling.
9 I will walk before Yahweh in the land of the living.
10 I believed, therefore I said,
"I was greatly afflicted."
11 I said in my haste,
"All people are liars."
12 What will I give to Yahweh for all his benefits toward me?
13 I will take the cup of salvation, and call on Yahweh’s name.
14 I will pay my vows to Yahweh,
yes, in the presence of all his people.
15 Precious in Yahweh’s sight is the death of his saints.
16 Yahweh, truly I am your servant.
I am your servant, the son of your servant girl.
You have freed me from my chains.
17 I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving,
and will call on Yahweh’s name.
18 I will pay my vows to Yahweh,
yes, in the presence of all his people,
19 in the courts of Yahweh’s house,
in the middle of you, Jerusalem.

1 我 爱 耶 和 华 ， 因 为 他 听 了 我 的 声 音 和 我 的 恳 求 。
2 他 既 向 我 侧 耳 ， 我 一 生 要 求 告 他 。
3 死 亡 的 绳 索 缠 绕 我 ； 阴 间 的 痛 苦 抓 住 我 ； 我 遭 遇 患 难 愁 苦 。
4 那 时 ， 我 便 求 告 耶 和 华 的 名 ， 说 ： 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 救 我 的 灵 魂 ！
5 耶 和 华 冇 恩 惠 ， 冇 公 义 ； 我 们 的 神 以 怜 悯 为 怀 。
6 耶 和 华 保 护 愚 人 ； 我 落 到 卑 微 的 地 步 ， 他 救 了 我 。
7 我 的 心 哪 ！ 你 要 仍 归 安 乐 ， 因 为 耶 和 华 用 厚 恩 待 你 。
8 主 啊 ， 你 救 我 的 命 免 了 死 亡 ， 救 我 的 眼 免 了 流 泪 ， 救 我 的 脚 免 了 跌 倒 。
9 我 要 在 耶 和 华 面 前 行 活 人 之 路 。
10 我 因 信 ， 所 以 如 此 说 话 ； 我 受 了 极 大 的 困 苦 。
11 我 曾 急 促 地 说 ： 人 都 是 说 谎 的 ！
12 我 拿 甚 么 报 答 耶 和 华 向 我 所 赐 的 一 切 厚 恩 ？
13 我 要 举 起 救 恩 的 杯 ， 称 扬 耶 和 华 的 名 。
14 我 要 在 他 众 民 面 前 向 耶 和 华 还 我 的 愿 。
15 在 耶 和 华 眼 中 ， 看 圣 民 之 死 极 为 宝 贵 。
16 耶 和 华 啊 ， 我 真 是 你 的 仆 人 ； 我 是 你 的 仆 人 ， 是 你 婢 女 的 儿 子 。 你 已 经 解 幵 我 的 绑 索 。
17 我 要 以 感 谢 为 祭 献 给 你 ， 又 要 求 告 耶 和 华 的 名 。
18 我 要 在 他 众 民 面 前 ， 在 耶 和 华 殿 的 院 内 ， 在 耶 路 撒 冷 当 中 ， 向 耶 和 华 还 我 的 愿 。 你 们 要 赞 美 耶 和 华 ！
