1 In my distress, I cried to Yahweh.

He answered me.

2 Deliver my soul, Yahweh, from lying lips,

from a deceitful tongue.

3 What will be given to you, and what will be done more to you,

you deceitful tongue?

4 Sharp arrows of the mighty,

with coals of juniper.

5 Woe is me, that I live in Meshech,

that I dwell among the tents of Kedar!

6 My soul has had her dwelling too long

with him who hates peace.

7 I am for peace,

but when I speak, they are for war.

2 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 救 我 脱 离 说 谎 的 嘴 唇 和 诡 诈 的 舌 头 ！

3 诡 诈 的 舌 头 啊 ， 要 给 你 甚 么 呢 ？ 要 拿 甚 么 加 给 你 呢 ？

4 就 是 勇 士 的 利 箭 和 罗 腾 木 （ 小 树 名 ， 松 类 ） 的 炭 火 。

5 我 寄 居 在 米 设 ， 住 在 基 达 帐 棚 之 中 ， 冇 祸 了 ！

6 我 与 那 恨 恶 和 睦 的 人 许 久 同 住 。

7 我 愿 和 睦 ， 但 我 发 言 ， 他 们 就 要 争 战 。
