1 Hear, Yahweh, and answer me,
for I am poor and needy.
2 Preserve my soul, for I am godly.
You, my God, save your servant who trusts in you.
3 Be merciful to me, Lord,
for I call to you all day long.
4 Bring joy to the soul of your servant,
for to you, Lord, do I lift up my soul.
5 For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.
6 Hear, Yahweh, my prayer.
Listen to the voice of my petitions.
7 In the day of my trouble I will call on you,
for you will answer me.
8 There is no one like you among the gods, Lord,
nor any deeds like your deeds.
9 All nations you have made will come and worship before you, Lord.
They shall glorify your name.
10 For you are great, and do wondrous things.
You are God alone.
11 Teach me your way, Yahweh.
I will walk in your truth.
Make my heart undivided to fear your name.
12 I will praise you, Lord my God, with my whole heart.
I will glorify your name forever more.
13 For your loving kindness is great toward me.
You have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.
14 God, the proud have risen up against me.
A company of violent men have sought after my soul,
and they don’t hold regard for you before them.
15 But you, Lord, are a merciful and gracious God,
slow to anger, and abundant in loving kindness and truth.
16 Turn to me, and have mercy on me!
Give your strength to your servant.
Save the son of your servant.
17 Show me a sign of your goodness,
that those who hate me may see it, and be shamed,
because you, Yahweh, have helped me, and comforted me.

7 在我遭难的日子， 我要求告你， 因为你必应允我。
8 主啊！ 在众神之中， 没有能和你相比的， 你的作为也是无可比拟的。
9 主啊！ 你所造的万国都要来， 在你面前下拜， 他们必荣耀你的名。
10 因为你是伟大的， 并且行奇妙的事， 只有你是 神。
11 耶和华啊！ 求你把你的道路指教我， 使我行在你的真理中， 专心敬畏你的名。
12 主我的 神啊！ 我要满心称赞你， 我要永远荣耀你的名。
13 因为你向我大施慈爱， 你救了我的命， 免入阴间的深处。
14 神啊！ 骄傲的人起来攻击我， 一群强暴的人寻索我的性命， 他们不把你放在眼内。
15 但是， 主啊！ 你是有怜悯有恩典的 神， 你不轻易发怒， 并且有极大的慈爱和信实。
16 求你转向我， 恩待我； 把你的能力赐给你的仆人， 拯救你婢女的儿子。
17 求你向我显出恩待我的记号， 好使恨我的人看见了， 就觉得羞愧； 因为你耶和华帮助了我， 安慰了我。
