1 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When a man shall accomplish a vow, the persons shall be for Jehovah by thy estimation. 3 And thy estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, even thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. 4 And if it be a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels. 5 And if it be from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. 6 And if it be from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver. 7 And if it be from sixty years old and upward; if it be a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. 8 But if he be poorer than thy estimation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him that vowed shall the priest value him.

9 And if it be a beast, whereof men offer an oblation unto Jehovah, all that any man giveth of such unto Jehovah shall be holy. 10 He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. 11 And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer an oblation unto Jehovah, then he shall set the beast before the priest; 12 and the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou the priest valuest it, so shall it be. 13 But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

14 And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto Jehovah, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand. 15 And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

16 And if a man shall sanctify unto Jehovah part of the field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the sowing thereof: the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver. 17 If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand. 18 But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain unto the year of jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from thy estimation. 19 And if he that sanctified the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him. 20 And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more: 21 but the field, when it goeth out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto Jehovah, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s. 22 And if he sanctify unto Jehovah a field which he hath bought, which is not of the field of his possession; 23 then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation unto the year of jubilee: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto Jehovah. 24 In the year of jubilee the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongeth. 25 And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26 Only the firstling among beasts, which is made a firstling to Jehovah, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is Jehovah’s. 27 And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall ransom it according to thine estimation, and shall add unto it the fifth part thereof: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

28 Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto Jehovah of all that he hath, whether of man or beast, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto Jehovah. 29 No one devoted, that shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.

30 And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is Jehovah’s: it is holy unto Jehovah. 31 And if a man will redeem aught of his tithe, he shall add unto it the fifth part thereof. 32 And all the tithe of the herd or the flock, whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto Jehovah. 33 He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34 These are the commandments, which Jehovah commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai.

1 Domnul a vorbit lui Moise și a zis:

„Vorbește copiilor lui Israel și spune-le: 2 ‘Când se*Num. 6:2.Jud. 11:30,31,39.1 Sam. 1:11,28. vor face juruințe Domnului, dacă e vorba de oameni, ei să fie ai Domnului, după prețuirea ta. 3 Iar prețuirea pe care o vei face unui bărbat, de la douăzeci până la șaizeci de ani, să fie de cincizeci de sicli de argint, după*Exod 30:13. siclul Sfântului Locaș: 4 dacă este femeie, prețuirea să fie de treizeci de sicli. 5 De la cinci până la douăzeci de ani, prețuirea să fie de douăzeci de sicli pentru un băiat și de zece sicli pentru o fată. 6 De la o lună până la cinci ani, prețuirea să fie de cinci sicli de argint pentru un băiat și de trei sicli de argint pentru o fată. 7 De la șaizeci de ani în sus, prețuirea să fie de cincisprezece sicli pentru un bărbat și de zece sicli pentru o femeie. 8 Dacă cel ce a făcut juruința este prea sărac ca să plătească prețuirea aceasta făcută de tine, să-l aducă la preot, să-l prețuiască, și preotul să facă o prețuire potrivit cu mijloacele omului aceluia. 9 Dacă este vorba de dobitoacele care pot fi aduse ca jertfă Domnului, orice dobitoc care se va da Domnului va fi ceva sfânt. 10 Să nu-l schimbe și să nu pună unul rău în locul unuia bun, nici unul bun în locul unuia rău; dacă s-ar întâmpla să se înlocuiască un dobitoc cu altul, și unul, și celălalt va fi sfânt. 11 Dacă este vorba de dobitoacele necurate, care nu pot fi aduse ca jertfă Domnului, să aducă dobitocul la preot, 12 care-i va face prețuirea după cum va fi bun sau rău și va rămâne la prețuirea preotului. 13 Dacă*Vers. 15,19. vrea să-l răscumpere, să mai adauge o cincime la prețuirea lui.

14 Dacă cineva își închină Domnului casa, hărăzind-o Domnului ca un dar sfânt, preotul să-i facă prețuirea după cum va fi, bună sau rea, și să rămână la prețuirea făcută de preot. 15 Dacă*Vers. 13. cel ce și-a închinat Domnului casa vrea s-o răscumpere, să adauge o cincime la prețul prețuirii ei, și va fi a lui. 16 Dacă cineva închină Domnului un ogor din moșia lui, prețuirea ta să fie după câtimea de sămânță pe care o dă, și anume cincizeci de sicli de argint pentru un omer de sămânță de orz. 17 Dacă își închină Domnului ogorul, cu începere chiar din anul de veselie, să rămână la prețuirea ta, 18 dar, dacă își închină Domnului ogorul după anul de veselie, atunci preotul să-i socotească*Cap. 25:15,16. prețul după numărul anilor care mai rămân până la anul de veselie și să-l scadă din prețuirea ta. 19 Dacă*Vers. 13. cel ce și-a închinat Domnului ogorul vrea să-l răscumpere, atunci să mai adauge o cincime la argintul prețuit de tine, și ogorul să rămână al lui. 20 Dacă nu-și răscumpără ogorul, și-l vinde altui om, nu va mai putea fi răscumpărat. 21 Și când va ieși cumpărătorul din el la anul de veselie*Cap. 25:10,28,31., ogorul acela să fie închinat*Vers. 28. Domnului, ca ogor hărăzit Lui; să fie moșia*Num. 18:14.Ezec. 44:29. preotului. 22 Dacă cineva închină Domnului un ogor cumpărat de el, care nu face parte din moșia*Cap. 25:10,25. lui, 23 preotul*Vers. 18. să-i socotească prețul după cât face prețuirea până la anul de veselie, și omul acela să plătească în aceeași zi prețul hotărât de tine, ca lucru închinat Domnului. 24 În anul de*Cap. 25:28. veselie, ogorul să se întoarcă la acela de la care fusese cumpărat și din moșia căruia făcea parte. 25 Toate prețuirile să se facă în siclii Sfântului Locaș: siclul are douăzeci de ghere*Exod 30:13.Num. 3:47;18:16.Ezec. 45:12..

26 Nimeni nu va putea să închine Domnului pe întâiul*Exod 13:2,12;22:30.Num. 18:17.Deut. 15:19. născut din vita lui, care chiar este al Domnului ca întâi născut; fie bou, fie miel, este al Domnului. 27 Dacă este vorba însă de un dobitoc necurat, să-l răscumpere cu prețul prețuit de tine, mai adăugând*Vers. 11-13. încă o cincime; dacă nu este răscumpărat, să fie vândut după prețuirea ta. 28 Tot*Vers. 21.Ios. 6:17,18,19. ce va dărui un om Domnului prin făgăduință, din ce are, nu va putea nici să se vândă, nici să se răscumpere: fie om, fie dobitoc, fie un ogor din moșia lui; tot ce va fi dăruit Domnului prin făgăduință va fi un lucru preasfânt, pentru Domnul. 29 Niciun*Num. 21:2,3. om închinat Domnului prin făgăduință nu va putea fi răscumpărat, ci va fi omorât.

30 Orice*Gen. 28:22.Num. 18:21,24.2 Cron. 31:5,6,12.Neem. 13:12.Mal. 3:8,10. zeciuială din pământ, fie din roadele pământului, fie din rodul pomilor, este a Domnului; este un lucru închinat Domnului. 31 Dacă vrea cineva să răscumpere ceva din zeciuiala lui, să mai adauge o cincime*Vers. 13.. 32 Orice zeciuială din cirezi și din turme, din tot ce trece*Ier. 33:13.Ezec. 20:37.Mica 7:14. sub toiag, să fie o zeciuială închinată Domnului. 33 Să nu se cerceteze dacă dobitocul este bun sau rău și să nu*Vers. 10. se schimbe; dacă se înlocuiește un dobitoc cu un altul, și unul, și celălalt vor fi sfinte și nu vor putea fi răscumpărate.’" 34 Acestea*Cap. 26:46. sunt poruncile pe care le-a dat lui Moise Domnul pentru copiii lui Israel, pe muntele Sinai.
