1 来吧，我们来向耶和华歌唱，

向拯救我们的盘石欢呼。

2 我们要来到他面前称谢他，

用诗歌向他欢呼。

3 因为耶和华是伟大的　神，

是超越众神的大君王。

4 地的深处在他手中，

山的高峰也都属他。

5 海洋属他，因为是他创造的，

陆地也是他的手造成的。

6 来吧，我们来俯伏敬拜，

在造我们的耶和华面前跪下。

7 因为他是我们的　神，

我们是他草场上的子民，

是他手下的羊群。

如果你们今天听从他的声音，

8 就不要硬着心，好象在米利巴，

就是在旷野的玛撒的日子一样。

9 在那里你们的祖先虽曾见过我的作为，

还是试探我，考验我。

10 四十年之久，我厌恶那个世代的人；

我曾说："他们是心里迷误的人民，

不认识我的道路。"

11 所以我在忿怒中起誓，说：

"他们绝不可进入我的安息。"
