Marcos 3

1 And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there who had a withered hand. És ismét beméne a zsinagógába, és vala ott egy megszáradt kezû ember.
2 And they watched him, to see whether he would heal him on the sabbath; that they might accuse him. És lesik vala õt, hogy meggyógyítja-é szombatnapon; hogy vádolhassák õt.
3 And he saith to the man who had the withered hand, Stand forth. Akkor monda a megszáradt kezû embernek: Állj elõ a középre.
4 And he saith to them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? but they held their peace. Azoknak pedig monda: Szabad-é szombatnapon jót vagy rosszat tenni? lelket menteni, vagy kioltani? De azok hallgatnak vala.
5 And when he had looked around on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith to the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. Õ pedig elnézvén õket haraggal, bánkódván szívök keménysége miatt, monda az embernek: Nyújtsd ki a kezedet. És kinyújtá, és meggyógyult a keze és éppé lõn, mint a másik.
6 And the Pharisees went forth, and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him. Akkor a farizeusok kimenvén, a Heródes pártiakkal mindjárt tanácsot tartának ellene, hogy elveszítsék õt.
7 mapa But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judea. Jézus pedig elméne tanítványaival a tenger mellé; és nagy sokaság követé õt Galileából és Júdeából,
8 mapa And from Jerusalem, and from Idumea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came to him. És Jeruzsálembõl és Idumeából és a Jordánon túlról; és a Tirus és a Sidon környékiek is, a mikor hallották, hogy miket mível vala, nagy sokasággal jövének õ hozzá.
9 And he spoke to his disciples, that a small boat should wait on him, because of the multitude, lest they should throng him. És megmondá tanítványainak, hogy egy kis hajót tartsanak néki készen, a sokaság miatt, hogy ne szorongassák õt.
10 For he had healed many; so that they pressed upon him to touch him, as many as had diseases. Mert sokakat meggyógyított, úgy hogy a kiknek valami bajuk volt, reá rohanának, hogy illethessék õt.
11 And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God. A tisztátalan lelkek is, mikor meglátták vala õt, leborulának elõtte, és kiáltának, mondván: Te vagy az Istennek a Fia.
12 And he strictly charged them, that they should not make him known. Õ pedig erõsen fenyegeti vala õket, hogy õt ki ne jelentsék.
13 And he goeth up upon a mountain, and calleth to him whom he would: and they came to him. Azután felméne a hegyre, és magához szólítá, a kiket akar vala; és hozzá menének.
14 And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, És választa tizenkettõt, hogy vele legyenek, és hogy kiküldje õket prédikálni,
15 And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out demons. És hatalmuk legyen a betegeket gyógyítani és az ördögöket kiûzni:
16 And Simon he surnamed Peter. Simont, a kinek Péter nevet ada;
17 And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James, (and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, Sons of thunder,) És Jakabot a Zebedeus fiát és Jánost a Jakab testvérét; és Boanerges nevet ada nékik, a mely azt teszi: mennydörgés fiai;
18 And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alpheus, and Thaddeus, and Simon the Canaanite, És Andrást és Filepet, Bertalant és Mátét, Tamást és Jakabot az Alfeus fiát, Taddeust és a kananeai Simont,
19 And Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him: and they went into a house. És Iskáriótes Júdást, a ki el is árulta õt.
20 And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread. Azután haza térének. És ismét egybegyûle a sokaság, annyira, hogy még nem is ehetének.
21 And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself. A mint az övéi ezt meghallák, eljövének, hogy megfogják õt; mert azt mondják vala, hogy magán kívül van.
22 mapa And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem, said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the demons he casteth out demons. Az írástudók pedig, a kik Jeruzsálembõl jöttek vala le, azt mondák, hogy: Belzebúb van vele, és: Az ördögök fejedelme által ûzi ki az ördögöket.
23 And he called them to him, and said to them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan? Õ pedig magához híván azokat, példázatokban monda nékik: Sátán miként tud Sátánt kiûzni?
24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. És ha egy ország önmagában meghasonlik, meg nem maradhat az az ország.
25 And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. És ha egy ház önmagában meghasonlik, meg nem maradhat az a ház.
26 And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end. És ha a Sátán önmaga ellen támadt és meghasonlott, nem maradhat meg, hanem vége van.
27 No man can enter into a strong man's house, and seize his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will plunder his house. Nem rabolhatja el senki az erõsnek kincseit, bemenvén annak házába, hanemha elébb az erõset megkötözi és azután rabolja ki annak házát.
28 Verily I say to you, All sins shall be forgiven to the sons of men, and any blasphemies with which they shall blaspheme: Bizony mondom néktek, hogy minden bûn megbocsáttatik az emberek fiainak, még a káromlások is mind, a melyekkel káromlanak:
29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never hath forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation: De a ki a Szent Lélek ellen szól káromlást, nem nyer bocsánatot soha, hanem örök kárhozatra méltó;
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit. Mivelhogy ezt mondják vala: Tisztátalan lélek van benne.
31 There came then his brethren and his mother, and standing without, they sent to him, calling him. És megérkezének az õ testvérei és az õ anyja, és kívül megállva, beküldének hozzá, hivatván õt.
32 And the multitude sat about him, and they said to him, Behold, thy mother, and thy brethren without seek for thee. Körülötte pedig sokaság ül vala; és mondának néki: Ímé a te anyád és a te testvéreid ott künn keresnek téged.
33 And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren? Õ pedig felele nékik, mondván: Ki az én anyám vagy kik az én testvéreim?
34 And he looked around on them who sat about him, and said, Behold, my mother and my brethren! Azután elnézvén köröskörül a körülötte ülõkön, monda: Ímé az én anyám és az én testvéreim.
35 For whoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother. Mert a ki az Isten akaratát cselekszi, az az én fitestvérem és nõtestvérem és az én anyám.
