A restauração do templo: as câmaras santas

1 Então, ele me *Ez 40.17,28,48;41.1fez sair para fora, *Ez 40.17,20ao átrio exterior, pelo caminho que guia *Ez 40.20para o norte; e me levou às *Ez 42.4;Ez 40.17câmaras que estavam defronte do *Ez 42.10,13;Ez 41.12lugar separado e que estavam defronte do *Ez 41.12edifício que olha para o norte. 2 Defronte do comprimento de *Ez 41.13cem cúbitos estava a porta do norte, e a largura era de cinquenta cúbitos. 3 Defronte dos *Ez 41.10vinte cúbitos que pertenciam ao átrio interior e defronte do *Ez 40.17pavimento que pertencia ao átrio exterior, havia galeria contra *Ez 42.5;Ez 41.15-16galeria no terceiro andar. 4 Diante *Ez 46.19das câmaras, havia um passeio de dez cúbitos de largo para dentro, caminho dum cúbito; e as suas portas olham para o norte. 5 Ora, as câmaras superiores eram mais estreitas, porque *Ez 42.3as galerias tiravam destas mais do que das ínfimas e das médias no edifício. 6 Pois elas eram de *Ez 41.6três andares e não tinham colunas como as colunas dos átrios; por isso, as superiores eram mais estreitas do que as ínfimas e as médias do chão. 7 *Ez 42.10,12O muro que estava de fora, ao lado das câmaras, no caminho do átrio exterior diante das câmaras, tinha o comprimento de cinquenta cúbitos. 8 Pois o comprimento das câmaras, que estavam no átrio exterior, era de cinquenta cúbitos; e eis que defronte do templo *Ez 41.13-14havia cem cúbitos. 9 Por debaixo dessas câmaras, havia *Ez 44.5;46.19a entrada da banda oriental, quando se entra nelas do átrio exterior.

10 Na grossura do *Ez 42.7muro do átrio que olha para o oriente, diante *Ez 42.1,13do lugar separado e diante do edifício, havia *Ez 40.17câmaras. 11 O *Ez 42.4caminho diante delas tinha a feição do caminho das câmaras que olham para o norte; conforme o seu comprimento, assim era a sua largura; e todas as suas saídas eram conforme as suas formas e conforme as suas portas. 12 Tais como eram as portas das câmaras que olham para o sul, tal era a porta no topo do caminho, a saber, do caminho bem em frente do *Ez 42.7muro para o oriente, para quem por elas entre.

13 Então, me disse: As câmaras do norte e as câmaras do sul, que estão diante do *Ez 42.1,10lugar separado, são as *Êx 29.31;Lv 7.6;10.13-14,17câmaras santas, em que os sacerdotes que estão *Ez 40.46;Lv 10.3;Dt 21.5perto de Jeová comerão as *Lv 6.25,29;14.13;Nm 18.9-10coisas mais santas. Ali, porão as coisas santíssimas, e as ofertas de cereais, e as ofertas pelo pecado, e as ofertas pela culpa; pois o lugar é santo. 14 Quando entrarem os sacerdotes, não sairão do lugar santo para o átrio exterior, mas ali *Ez 44.19porão as suas *Êx 29.4-9;Lv 8.7,13;Is 61.10;Zc 3.4-5vestes em que exercem o seu ministério (porque são santas), e vestir-se-ão de outras vestes, e aproximar-se-ão do que toca ao povo.

15 Tendo ele acabado de medir a casa interior, fez-me sair pelo caminho da *Ez 40.6;43.1porta que olha para o oriente e a mediu por todos os lados. 16 Mediu pela banda do oriente com a cana de medir: quinhentas *Ez 40.3canas ao redor. 17 Mediu pela banda do norte com a cana de medir: quinhentas canas ao redor. 18 Mediu pela banda do sul com a cana de medir: quinhentas canas. 19 Voltou-se para a banda do ocidente e mediu quinhentas canas com a cana de medir. 20 Pelas quatro bandas a mediu; tinha ela *Ez 40.5;Is 60.18;Zc 2.5um muro em redor, de quinhentas canas *Ez 45.2;Ap 21.16de comprimento, de quinhentas de largura, para fazer *Ez 22.26;44.23;48.15separação entre o que é santo e o que é comum.

1 Then he brought me out into the outer court, the way toward the north. Then he brought me into the room that was opposite the separate place, and which was opposite the building toward the north. 2 Facing the length of one hundred cubits*42:2 A cubit is the length from the tip of the middle finger to the elbow on a man’s arm, or about 18 inches or 46 centimeters. was the north door, and the width was fifty cubits. 3 Opposite the twenty cubits which belonged to the inner court, and opposite the pavement which belonged to the outer court, was gallery against gallery in the three stories. 4 Before the rooms was a walk of ten cubits’ width inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors were toward the north. 5 Now the upper rooms were shorter; for the galleries took away from these more than from the lower and the middle in the building. 6 For they were in three stories, and they didn’t have pillars as the pillars of the courts. Therefore the uppermost was set back more than the lowest and the middle from the ground. 7 The wall that was outside by the side of the rooms, toward the outer court before the rooms, was fifty cubits long. 8 For the length of the rooms that were in the outer court was fifty cubits. Behold, those facing the temple were one hundred cubits. 9 From under these rooms was the entry on the east side, as one goes into them from the outer court.

10 In the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, before the separate place, and before the building, there were rooms. 11 The way before them was like the appearance of the rooms which were toward the north. Their length and width were the same. All their exits had the same arrangement and doors. 12 Like the doors of the rooms that were toward the south was a door at the head of the way, even the way directly before the wall toward the east, as one enters into them.

13 Then he said to me, "The north rooms and the south rooms, which are opposite the separate place, are the holy rooms, where the priests who are near to Yahweh shall eat the most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, with the meal offering, the sin offering, and the trespass offering; for the place is holy. 14 When the priests enter in, then they shall not go out of the holy place into the outer court until they lay their garments in which they minister there; for they are holy. Then they shall put on other garments, and shall approach that which is for the people."

15 Now when he had finished measuring the inner house, he brought me out by the way of the gate which faces toward the east, and measured it all around. 16 He measured on the east side with the measuring reed five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed all around. 17 He measured on the north side five hundred reeds with the measuring reed all around. 18 He measured on the south side five hundred reeds with the measuring reed. 19 He turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed. 20 He measured it on the four sides. It had a wall around it, the length five hundred cubits, and the width five hundred cubits, to make a separation between that which was holy and that which was common.
