1 Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD.2 Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart.3 They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways.4 You have commanded us to keep your precepts diligently.5 O that my ways were directed to keep your statutes!6 Then shall I not be ashamed, when I have respect to all your commandments.7 I will praise you with uprightness of heart, when I shall have learned your righteous judgments.8 I will keep your statutes: O forsake me not utterly.9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to your word.10 With my whole heart have I sought you: O let me not wander from your commandments.11 Your word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against you.12 Blessed are you, O LORD: teach me your statutes.13 With my lips have I declared all the judgments of your mouth.14 I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.15 I will meditate in your precepts, and have respect to your ways.16 I will delight myself in your statutes: I will not forget your word.17 Deal bountifully with your servant, that I may live, and keep your word.18 Open you my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of your law.19 I am a stranger in the earth: hide not your commandments from me.20 My soul breaks for the longing that it has to your judgments at all times.21 You have rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from your commandments.22 Remove from me reproach and contempt; for I have kept your testimonies.23 Princes also did sit and speak against me: but your servant did meditate in your statutes.24 Your testimonies also are my delight and my counsellors.25 My soul sticks to the dust: quicken you me according to your word.26 I have declared my ways, and you heard me: teach me your statutes.27 Make me to understand the way of your precepts: so shall I talk of your wondrous works.28 My soul melts for heaviness: strengthen you me according to your word.29 Remove from me the way of lying: and grant me your law graciously.30 I have chosen the way of truth: your judgments have I laid before me.31 I have stuck to your testimonies: O LORD, put me not to shame.32 I will run the way of your commandments, when you shall enlarge my heart.33 Teach me, O LORD, the way of your statutes; and I shall keep it to the end.34 Give me understanding, and I shall keep your law; yes, I shall observe it with my whole heart.35 Make me to go in the path of your commandments; for therein do I delight.36 Incline my heart to your testimonies, and not to covetousness.37 Turn away my eyes from beholding vanity; and quicken you me in your way.38 Establish your word to your servant, who is devoted to your fear.39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for your judgments are good.40 Behold, I have longed after your precepts: quicken me in your righteousness.41 Let your mercies come also to me, O LORD, even your salvation, according to your word.42 So shall I have with which to answer him that reproaches me: for I trust in your word.43 And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in your judgments.44 So shall I keep your law continually for ever and ever.45 And I will walk at liberty: for I seek your precepts.46 I will speak of your testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.47 And I will delight myself in your commandments, which I have loved.48 My hands also will I lift up to your commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in your statutes.49 Remember the word to your servant, on which you have caused me to hope.50 This is my comfort in my affliction: for your word has quickened me.51 The proud have had me greatly in derision: yet have I not declined from your law.52 I remembered your judgments of old, O LORD; and have comforted myself.53 Horror has taken hold on me because of the wicked that forsake your law.54 Your statutes have been my songs in the house of my pilgrimage.55 I have remembered your name, O LORD, in the night, and have kept your law.56 This I had, because I kept your precepts.57 You are my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep your words.58 I entreated your favor with my whole heart: be merciful to me according to your word.59 I thought on my ways, and turned my feet to your testimonies.60 I made haste, and delayed not to keep your commandments.61 The bands of the wicked have robbed me: but I have not forgotten your law.62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you because of your righteous judgments.63 I am a companion of all them that fear you, and of them that keep your precepts.64 The earth, O LORD, is full of your mercy: teach me your statutes.65 You have dealt well with your servant, O LORD, according to your word.66 Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed your commandments.67 Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept your word.68 You are good, and do good; teach me your statutes.69 The proud have forged a lie against me: but I will keep your precepts with my whole heart.70 Their heart is as fat as grease; but I delight in your law.71 It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn your statutes.72 The law of your mouth is better to me than thousands of gold and silver.73 Your hands have made me and fashioned me: give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.74 They that fear you will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in your word.75 I know, O LORD, that your judgments are right, and that you in faithfulness have afflicted me.76 Let, I pray you, your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.77 Let your tender mercies come to me, that I may live: for your law is my delight.78 Let the proud be ashamed; for they dealt perversely with me without a cause: but I will meditate in your precepts.79 Let those that fear you turn to me, and those that have known your testimonies.80 Let my heart be sound in your statutes; that I be not ashamed.81 My soul faints for your salvation: but I hope in your word.82 My eyes fail for your word, saying, When will you comfort me?83 For I am become like a bottle in the smoke; yet do I not forget your statutes.84 How many are the days of your servant? when will you execute judgment on them that persecute me?85 The proud have dig pits for me, which are not after your law.86 All your commandments are faithful: they persecute me wrongfully; help you me.87 They had almost consumed me on earth; but I forsook not your precepts.88 Quicken me after your loving kindness; so shall I keep the testimony of your mouth.89 For ever, O LORD, your word is settled in heaven.90 Your faithfulness is to all generations: you have established the earth, and it stays.91 They continue this day according to your ordinances: for all are your servants.92 Unless your law had been my delights, I should then have perished in my affliction.93 I will never forget your precepts: for with them you have quickened me.94 I am yours, save me: for I have sought your precepts.95 The wicked have waited for me to destroy me: but I will consider your testimonies.96 I have seen an end of all perfection: but your commandment is exceeding broad.97 O how I love your law! it is my meditation all the day.98 You through your commandments have made me wiser than my enemies: for they are ever with me.99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for your testimonies are my meditation.100 I understand more than the ancients, because I keep your precepts.101 I have refrained my feet from every evil way, that I might keep your word.102 I have not departed from your judgments: for you have taught me.103 How sweet are your words to my taste! yes, sweeter than honey to my mouth!104 Through your precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.105 Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.106 I have sworn, and I will perform it, that I will keep your righteous judgments.107 I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O LORD, according to your word.108 Accept, I beseech you, the freewill offerings of my mouth, O LORD, and teach me your judgments.109 My soul is continually in my hand: yet do I not forget your law.110 The wicked have laid a snare for me: yet I erred not from your precepts.111 Your testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever: for they are the rejoicing of my heart.112 I have inclined my heart to perform your statutes always, even to the end.113 I hate vain thoughts: but your law do I love.114 You are my hiding place and my shield: I hope in your word.115 Depart from me, you evildoers: for I will keep the commandments of my God.116 Uphold me according to your word, that I may live: and let me not be ashamed of my hope.117 Hold you me up, and I shall be safe: and I will have respect to your statutes continually.118 You have trodden down all them that err from your statutes: for their deceit is falsehood.119 You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross: therefore I love your testimonies.120 My flesh trembles for fear of you; and I am afraid of your judgments.121 I have done judgment and justice: leave me not to my oppressors.122 Be surety for your servant for good: let not the proud oppress me.123 My eyes fail for your salvation, and for the word of your righteousness.124 Deal with your servant according to your mercy, and teach me your statutes.125 I am your servant; give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.126 It is time for you, LORD, to work: for they have made void your law.127 Therefore I love your commandments above gold; yes, above fine gold.128 Therefore I esteem all your precepts concerning all things to be right; and I hate every false way.129 Your testimonies are wonderful: therefore does my soul keep them.130 The entrance of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.131 I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for your commandments.132 Look you on me, and be merciful to me, as you use to do to those that love your name.133 Order my steps in your word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.134 Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep your precepts.135 Make your face to shine on your servant; and teach me your statutes.136 Rivers of waters run down my eyes, because they keep not your law.137 Righteous are you, O LORD, and upright are your judgments.138 Your testimonies that you have commanded are righteous and very faithful.139 My zeal has consumed me, because my enemies have forgotten your words.140 Your word is very pure: therefore your servant loves it.141 I am small and despised: yet do not I forget your precepts.142 Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and your law is the truth.143 Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet your commandments are my delights.144 The righteousness of your testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live.145 I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep your statutes.146 I cried to you; save me, and I shall keep your testimonies.147 I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in your word.148 My eyes prevent the night watches, that I might meditate in your word.149 Hear my voice according to your loving kindness: O LORD, quicken me according to your judgment.150 They draw near that follow after mischief: they are far from your law.151 You are near, O LORD; and all your commandments are truth.152 Concerning your testimonies, I have known of old that you have founded them for ever.153 Consider my affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget your law.154 Plead my cause, and deliver me: quicken me according to your word.155 Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not your statutes.156 Great are your tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to your judgments.157 Many are my persecutors and my enemies; yet do I not decline from your testimonies.158 I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not your word.159 Consider how I love your precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to your loving kindness.160 Your word is true from the beginning: and every one of your righteous judgments endures for ever.161 Princes have persecuted me without a cause: but my heart stands in awe of your word.162 I rejoice at your word, as one that finds great spoil.163 I hate and abhor lying: but your law do I love.164 Seven times a day do I praise you because of your righteous judgments.165 Great peace have they which love your law: and nothing shall offend them.166 LORD, I have hoped for your salvation, and done your commandments.167 My soul has kept your testimonies; and I love them exceedingly.168 I have kept your precepts and your testimonies: for all my ways are before you.169 Let my cry come near before you, O LORD: give me understanding according to your word.170 Let my supplication come before you: deliver me according to your word.171 My lips shall utter praise, when you have taught me your statutes.172 My tongue shall speak of your word: for all your commandments are righteousness.173 Let your hand help me; for I have chosen your precepts.174 I have longed for your salvation, O LORD; and your law is my delight.175 Let my soul live, and it shall praise you; and let your judgments help me.176 I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek your servant; for I do not forget your commandments.

1 Bem-aventurados os que trilham com integridade o seu caminho, os que andam na lei do Senhor!2 Bem-aventurados os que guardam os seus testemunhos, que o buscam de todo o coração,3 que não praticam iniqüidade, mas andam nos caminhos dele!4 Tu ordenaste os teus preceitos, para que fossem diligentemente observados.5 Oxalá sejam os meus caminhos dirigidos de maneira que eu observe os teus estatutos!6 Então não ficarei confundido, atentando para todos os teus mandamentos.7 Louvar-te-ei com retidão de coração, quando tiver aprendido as tuas retas ordenanças.8 Observarei os teus estatutos; não me desampares totalmente!9 Como purificará o jovem o seu caminho? Observando-o de acordo com a tua palavra.10 De todo o meu coração tenho te buscado; não me deixes desviar dos teus mandamentos.11 Escondi a tua palavra no meu coração, para não pecar contra ti.12 Bendito és tu, ó Senhor; ensina-me os teus estatutos.13 Com os meus lábios declaro todas as ordenanças da tua boca.14 Regozijo-me no caminho dos teus testemunhos, tanto como em todas as riquezas.15 Em teus preceitos medito, e observo os teus caminhos.16 Deleitar-me-ei nos teus estatutos; não me esquecerei da tua palavra.17 Faze bem ao teu servo, para que eu viva; assim observarei a tua palavra.18 Desvenda os meus olhos, para que eu veja as maravilhas da tua lei.19 Sou peregrino na terra; não escondas de mim os teus mandamentos.20 A minha alma se consome de anelos por tuas ordenanças em todo o tempo.21 Tu repreendeste os soberbos, os malditos, que se desviam dos teus mandamentos.22 Tira de sobre mim o opróbrio e o desprezo, pois tenho guardado os teus testemunhos.23 Príncipes sentaram-se e falavam contra mim, mas o teu servo meditava nos teus estatutos.24 Os teus testemunhos são o meu prazer e os meus conselheiros.25 A minha alma apega-se ao pó; vivifica-me segundo a tua palavra.26 Meus caminhos te descrevi, e tu me ouviste; ensina-me os teus estatutos.27 Faze-me entender o caminho dos teus preceitos; assim meditarei nas tuas maravilhas.28 A minha alma se consome de tristeza; fortalece-me segundo a tua palavra.29 Desvia de mim o caminho da falsidade, e ensina-me benignidade a tua lei.30 Escolhi o caminho da fidelidade; diante de mim pus as tuas ordenanças.31 Apego-me aos teus testemunhos, ó Senhor; não seja eu envergonhado.32 Percorrerei o caminho dos teus mandamentos, quando dilatares o meu coração.33 Ensina-me, ó Senhor, o caminho dos teus estatutos, e eu o guardarei até o fim.34 Dá-me entendimento, para que eu guarde a tua lei, e a observe de todo o meu coração.35 Faze-me andar na vereda dos teus mandamentos, porque nela me comprazo.36 Inclina o meu coração para os teus testemunhos, e não para a cobiça.37 Desvia os meus olhos de contemplarem a vaidade, e vivifica-me no teu caminho.38 Confirma a tua promessa ao teu servo, que se inclina ao teu temor.39 Desvia de mim o opróbrio que temo, pois as tuas ordenanças são boas.40 Eis que tenho anelado os teus preceitos; vivifica-me por tua justiça.41 Venha também sobre mim a tua benignidade, ó Senhor, e a tua salvação, segundo a tua palavra.42 Assim terei o que responder ao que me afronta, pois confio na tua palavra.43 De minha boca não tires totalmente a palavra da verdade, pois tenho esperado nos teus juízos.44 Assim observarei de contínuo a tua lei, para sempre e eternamente;45 e andarei em liberdade, pois tenho buscado os teus preceitos.46 Falarei dos teus testemunhos perante os reis, e não me envergonharei.47 Deleitar-me-ei em teus mandamentos, que eu amo.48 Também levantarei as minhas mãos para os teus mandamentos, que amo, e meditarei nos teus estatutos.49 Lembra-te da palavra dada ao teu servo, na qual me fizeste esperar.50 Isto é a minha consolação na minha angústia, que a tua promessa me vivifica.51 Os soberbos zombaram grandemente de mim; contudo não me desviei da tua lei.52 Lembro-me dos teus juízos antigos, ó Senhor, e assim me consolo.53 Grande indignação apoderou-se de mim, por causa dos ímpios que abandonam a tua lei.54 Os teus estatutos têm sido os meus cânticos na casa da minha peregrinação.55 De noite me lembrei do teu nome, ó Senhor, e observei a tua lei.56 Isto me sucedeu, porque tenho guardado os teus preceitos.57 O Senhor é o meu quinhão; prometo observar as tuas palavras.58 De todo o meu coração imploro o teu favor; tem piedade de mim, segundo a tua palavra.59 Quando considero os meus caminhos, volto os meus pés para os teus testemunhos.60 Apresso-me sem detença a observar os teus mandamentos.61 Enleiam-me os laços dos ímpios; mas eu não me esqueço da tua lei.62 À meia-noite me levanto para dar-te graças, por causa dos teus retos juízos.63 Companheiro sou de todos os que te temem, e dos que guardam os teus preceitos.64 A terra, ó Senhor, está cheia da tua benignidade; ensina-me os teus estatutos.65 Tens usado de bondade para com o teu servo, Senhor, segundo a tua palavra.66 Ensina-me bom juízo e ciência, pois creio nos teus mandamentos.67 Antes de ser afligido, eu me extraviava; mas agora guardo a tua palavra.68 Tu és bom e fazes o bem; ensina-me os teus estatutos.69 Os soberbos forjam mentiras contra mim; mas eu de todo o coração guardo os teus preceitos.70 Torna-se-lhes insensível o coração como a gordura; mas eu me deleito na tua lei.71 Foi-me bom ter sido afligido, para que aprendesse os teus estatutos.72 Melhor é para mim a lei da tua boca do que milhares de ouro e prata.73 As tuas mãos me fizeram e me formaram; dá-me entendimento para que aprenda os teus mandamentos.74 Os que te temem me verão e se alegrarão, porque tenho esperado na tua palavra.75 Bem sei eu, ó Senhor, que os teus juízos são retos, e que em tua fidelidade me afligiste.76 Sirva, pois, a tua benignidade para me consolar, segundo a palavra que deste ao teu servo.77 Venham sobre mim as tuas ternas misericórdias, para que eu viva, pois a tua lei é o meu deleite.78 Envergonhados sejam os soberbos, por me haverem subvertido sem causa; mas eu meditarei nos teus preceitos.79 Voltem-se para mim os que te temem, para que conheçam os teus testemunhos.80 Seja perfeito o meu coração nos teus estatutos, para que eu não seja envergonhado.81 Desfalece a minha alma, aguardando a tua salvação; espero na tua palavra.82 Os meus olhos desfalecem, esperando por tua promessa, enquanto eu pergunto: Quando me consolarás tu?83 Pois tornei-me como odre na fumaça, mas não me esqueci dos teus estatutos.84 Quantos serão os dias do teu servo? Até quando não julgarás aqueles que me perseguem?85 Abriram covas para mim os soberbos, que não andam segundo a tua lei.86 Todos os teus mandamentos são fiéis. Sou perseguido injustamente; ajuda-me!87 Quase que me consumiram sobre a terra, mas eu não deixei os teus preceitos.88 Vivifica-me segundo a tua benignidade, para que eu guarde os testemunhos da tua boca.89 Para sempre, ó Senhor, a tua palavra está firmada nos céus.90 A tua fidelidade estende-se de geração a geração; tu firmaste a terra, e firme permanece.91 Conforme a tua ordenança, tudo se mantém até hoje, porque todas as coisas te obedecem.92 Se a tua lei não fora o meu deleite, então eu teria perecido na minha angústia.93 Nunca me esquecerei dos teus preceitos, pois por eles me tens vivificado.94 Sou teu, salva-me; pois tenho buscado os teus preceitos.95 Os ímpios me espreitam para me destruírem, mas eu atento para os teus testemunhos.96 A toda perfeição vi limite, mas o teu mandamento é ilimitado.97 Oh! quanto amo a tua lei! ela é a minha meditação o dia todo.98 O teu mandamento me faz mais sábio do que meus inimigos, pois está sempre comigo.99 Tenho mais entendimento do que todos os meus mestres, porque os teus testemunhos são a minha meditação.100 Sou mais entendido do que os velhos, porque tenho guardado os teus preceitos.101 Retenho os meus pés de todo caminho mau, a fim de observar a tua palavra.102 Não me aperto das tuas ordenanças, porque és tu quem me instrui.103 Oh! quão doces são as tuas palavras ao meu paladar! mais doces do que o mel à minha boca.104 Pelos teus preceitos alcanço entendimento, pelo que aborreço toda vereda de falsidade.105 Lâmpada para os meus pés é a tua palavra, e luz para o meu caminho.106 Fiz juramento, e o confirmei, de guardar as tuas justas ordenanças.107 Estou aflitíssimo; vivifica-me, ó Senhor, segundo a tua palavra.108 Aceita, Senhor, eu te rogo, as oferendas voluntárias da minha boca, e ensina-me as tuas ordenanças.109 Estou continuamente em perigo de vida; todavia não me esqueço da tua lei.110 Os ímpios me armaram laço, contudo não me desviei dos teus preceitos.111 Os teus testemunhos são a minha herança para sempre, pois são eles o gozo do meu coração.112 Inclino o meu coração a cumprir os teus estatutos, para sempre, até o fim.113 Aborreço a duplicidade, mas amo a tua lei.114 Tu és o meu refúgio e o meu escudo; espero na tua palavra.115 Apartai-vos de mim, malfeitores, para que eu guarde os mandamentos do meu Deus.116 Ampara-me conforme a tua palavra, para que eu viva; e não permitas que eu seja envergonhado na minha esperança.117 Sustenta-me, e serei salvo, e de contínuo terei respeito aos teus estatutos.118 Desprezas todos os que se desviam dos teus estatutos, pois a astúcia deles é falsidade.119 Deitas fora, como escória, todos os ímpios da terra; pelo que amo os teus testemunhos.120 Arrepia-se-me a carne com temor de ti, e tenho medo dos teus juízos.121 Tenho praticado a retidão e a justiça; não me abandones aos meus opressores.122 Fica por fiador do teu servo para o bem; não me oprimem os soberbos.123 Os meus olhos desfalecem à espera da tua salvação e da promessa da tua justiça.124 Trata com o teu servo segundo a tua benignidade, e ensina-me os teus estatutos.125 Sou teu servo; dá-me entendimento, para que eu conheça os teus testemunhos.126 É tempo de agires, ó Senhor, pois eles violaram a tua lei.127 Pelo que amo os teus mandamentos mais do que o ouro, sim, mais do que o ouro fino.128 Por isso dirijo os meus passos por todos os teus preceitos, e aborreço toda vereda de falsidade.129 Maravilhosos são os teus testemunhos, por isso a minha alma os guarda.130 A exposição das tuas palavras dá luz; dá entendimento aos simples.131 Abro a minha boca e arquejo, pois estou anelante pelos teus mandamentos.132 Volta-te para mim, e compadece-te de mim, conforme usas para com os que amam o teu nome.133 Firma os meus passos na tua palavra; e não se apodere de mim iniqüidade alguma.134 Resgata-me da opressão do homem; assim guardarei os teus preceitos.135 Faze resplandecer o teu rosto sobre o teu servo, e ensina-me os teus estatutos.136 Os meus olhos derramam rios de lágrimas, porque os homens não guardam a tua lei.137 Justo és, ó Senhor, e retos são os teus juízos.138 Ordenaste os teus testemunhos com retidão, e com toda a fidelidade.139 O meu zelo me consome, porque os meus inimigos se esquecem da tua palavra.140 A tua palavra é fiel a toda prova, por isso o teu servo a ama.141 Pequeno sou e desprezado, mas não me esqueço dos teus preceitos.142 A tua justiça é justiça eterna, e a tua lei é a verdade.143 Tribulação e angústia se apoderaram de mim; mas os teus mandamentos são o meu prazer.144 Justos são os teus testemunhos para sempre; dá-me entendimento, para que eu viva.145 Clamo de todo o meu coração; atende-me, Senhor!
