1 لامام المغنين. على ذوات الاوتار. لداود‎. ‎اسمع يا الله صراخي واصغ الى صلاتي‎.2 ‎من اقصى الارض ادعوك اذا غشي على قلبي. الى صخرة ارفع مني تهديني‎.3 ‎لانك كنت ملجأ لي. برج قوة من وجه العدو‎.4 ‎لاسكنن في مسكنك الى الدهور. احتمي بستر جناحيك. سلاه‎.5 ‎لانك انت يا الله استمعت نذوري. اعطيت ميراث خائفي اسمك‎.6 ‎الى ايام الملك تضيف اياما سنينه كدور فدور‎.7 ‎يجلس قدام الله الى الدهر. اجعل رحمة وحقا يحفظانه‎.8 ‎هكذا ارنم لاسمك الى الابد لوفاء نذوري يوما فيوما

1 Hear my cry, O God; attend to my prayer.2 From the end of the earth will I cry to you, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.3 For you have been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy.4 I will abide in your tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of your wings.
