28 Moisés esteve ali na montanha com o Senhor durante quarenta dias e noites, e em todo esse tempo nem comeu nem bebeu. Foi então nessa altura que Deus escreveu as palavras da aliança - os dez mandamentos - nas placas de pedra.

28 So then he was there, with Yahweh, forty days and forty nights, bread, did he not eat and, water, did he not drink, and he wrote upon the tables, the words of the covenant, the ten words.
