Psalms 67

For the director of music. With stringed instruments. A psalm. A song.

1 May God be gracious to us and bless us

and make his face shine on us—*67:1 The Hebrew has Selah (a word of uncertain meaning) here and at the end of verse 4.

2 so that your ways may be known on earth,

your salvation among all nations.

3 May the peoples praise you, God;

may all the peoples praise you.

4 May the nations be glad and sing for joy,

for you rule the peoples with equity

and guide the nations of the earth.

5 May the peoples praise you, God;

may all the peoples praise you.

6 The land yields its harvest;

God, our God, blesses us.

7 May God bless us still,

so that all the ends of the earth will fear him.

1 Que Deus tenha misericórdia de nós e nos abençoe,

e faça resplandecer o seu rosto sobre nós, Pausa

2 para que seja conhecido na terra o teu caminho, ó Deus,

e a tua salvação, entre todas as nações.

3 Louvem-te os povos, ó Deus!

Louvem-te todos os povos!

4 Exultem e cantem de alegria as nações,

pois governas os povos com justiça

e guias as nações na terra. Pausa

5 Louvem-te os povos, ó Deus!

6 A terra deu a sua colheita;

que Deus, o nosso Deus, nos abençoe!

7 Que Deus nos abençoe,

e temam a ele todos os confins da terra!
