Praise for the Lord’s Works

I will praise the Lord with all my heart

in the assembly of the upright and in the congregation 111:1 Ps 35:18; 149:1

2 The Lords works are great,

studied by all who delight in them 111:2 Ps 92:5; 143:5

3 All that he does is splendid and majestic 111:3 Ps 145:5

his righteousness endures forever 111:3 Ps 112:3,9; 119:142

4 He has caused his wondrous works to be remembered 111:4 Ps 78:4

6 He has shown his people the power of his works

He has ordained his covenant forever.

His name is holy and awe-inspiring 111:9 Ps 99:3; Lk 1:49

10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom 111:10 Pr 1:7; 9:10
