Deliverance in Battle

1 May the Lord answer you in a day of trouble;  * 20:1 Ps 50:15; 77:2; 102:2

2 May he send you help from the sanctuary

and sustain you from Zion.  * 20:2 Ps 3:4; 110:2; 128:5

3 May he remember all your offerings

and accept your burnt offering.  * 20:3 Ps 119:108Selah

4 May he give you what your heart desires  * 20:4 Ps 21:2; 145:19

and fulfill your whole purpose.  * 20:4 Ps 138:8
