1 Tributai a Jeová, filhos de Deus, Tributai a Jeová glória e força.2 Tributai a Jeová a glória devida ao seu nome; Adorai a Jeová, vestidos de sagrados ornamentos.3 A voz de Jeová está sobre as águas; O Deus da glória troveja, Jeová está sobre as muitas águas.4 A voz de Jeová é poderosa, A voz de Jeová é cheia de majestade.5 A voz de Jeová quebra os cedros; Os cedros do Líbano, Jeová os despedaça,6 E os faz saltar como um bezerro, O Líbano e o Siriom como um filho de boi selvagem.7 A voz de Jeová despede línguas de fogo.8 A voz de Jeová faz tremer o deserto, Jeová faz tremer o deserto de Cades.9 A voz de Jeová trás dores de parto às corças, E desnuda os bosques; E no seu templo tudo diz: Glória.10 Jeová presidiu como rei ao dilúvio; Como rei Jeová preside para sempre.11 Jeová dará força ao seu povo, Jeová abençoará com paz ao seu povo.
